I've had C&C Myers do my plumbing and hvac repairs for years now. I wouldn't change a thing. A bit more expensive but I'm getting what I pay for. Service is and always has been excellent. I have no complaints.

Ridiculously BAD customer service! My AC went out on a Saturday early evening, it was 90 in our home and the man who answered the emergency service number said, """"unless you're a member of our comfort club, we won't support you! You can call back on Monday to schedule an appointment."""" Stay away from this business at all costs!!!

Don't call them unless you want to get cancelled after waiting two weeks for an appointment, and then they tell you that you will need to wait two more weeks for another appointment. I told them that I couldn't wait two more weeks as my AC was about to stop working and they said they would give me an appointment right away, well 5 days from now is not right away when it is almost 100 out. I should have known they where lying to me! I told them I was going to write a negative review, they didn't seem to concerned. Don't use them! They don't fix things at the speed of light.

Do not use. Came to move a connection behind range. Started to smell gas and called for them to come back and check it. Told me it would be 4 days before they could come. So I'm here over the July 4 holidays with company coming with a possible gas leak. Told me to cut off gas til they could come. Really. No cooking and no hot water for 4 days. DO not use this company.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! After my maintenance appointment was canceled twice due to emergency AC repairs, two months later I finally get them to come out to look at my AC unit. I was told a repair would need to be made within 6 months. So I took the time to look at the costs of the repairs. Exactly a week later my AC broke, I call them needing an emergency repair and the manager very rudely told me because I didn't do the suggested repair the day they suggested it, they would not treat my case as an emergency. We are in the middle of a heat advisory. 110 degrees and they wouldn't schedule me sooner than 5 days. If I had my maintenance done the day I scheduled it and not 2 months later in June. I would have already had the repair done. And we wouldn't be in this situation. Needless to say I went with a different company who came out that day for my emergency repair and it was a WAY better experience. I was going to have them put in my new water heater. But obviously that will NEVER happen! I can't believe companies actually treat people that way.

We purchased new HVAC unit August 2019. This past week drain line clogged and caused flooding to ceiling below unit. The safety switch was too high in HVAC unit installed by C and C Myers causing overflow of water. C and C Myers tech commented in person to property manager that the safety switch was too high but did not place in his report. In addition, my licensed handyman has pics and video of the safety switch since he was dispatched by me when the water was coming through ceiling again and he noticed the safety switch was in wrong place. Damage in ceiling below with over 10 gallons water removed by my licensed handyman and sheetrock cut out. The property is a short term rental and a discount had to be provided to guests due to inconvenience. When I spoke spoke with C and C Myers today, they will not cover any of the cost as they do not feel it was their wrongdoing of the safety switch being improperly placed when the unit was replaced in 2019. Also, C and C Myers serviced the unit in March 2021 and found """"no issue""""--clearly a costly oversight to me. I would say to others, just because the service is expensive does not mean it's always the best. Accountability is sorely lacking in a lot of businesses these days.

My experience with these guys has been great. We had a mold issue/musty smell. After M&B sent us a letter abdicating all responsibilities for their shoddy installation we felt betrayed and didn't know who to trust. We had seen the C&C vans around the neighborhood and decided to try them out for a maintenance contract. Brandon was our tech and he did great work with general maintenance and upkeep for about a year. We asked for a recommendation to fix the situation once and for all. Brandon called in the """"big guns"""" in Joey, their most knowledgeable employee. He came in and evaluated the current installation, presented options and we decided to replace the whole system (3 units). Ashton and his crew of three, came on the scheduled date as promised on time and ready to go. Top two floors done by 3 pm. Next day the third unit was in by noon or so. Joey came in and tweaked everything a couple of days later making sure everything was running smoothly and thermostats were properly programmed. We had also scheduled a vent cleaning/deodorization. Thomas, also very professional, took care of the work as planned and did a great job cleaning up. Wow, those vents were really dirty. Then Joey stopped in again for a question or two I had and did another tweak. We just recently came back from a week long conference where we had everything running at 76-77 just to save some energy. Got home, no smell, humidity right around 48% with temp locked in throughout the house. Wish I would have remembered to use my new thermostat app before leaving San Antonio to set the bedroom to sleep temp before we got home. Very cool thermostat app that you can monitor/control while away from home. Anyway, bottom line is these guys are the real deal. The do what they say and say what they do. They take pride in their work and they care. Give them a call.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional, However, I was not made aware of any repairs nor was I asked if the cost of said repair was okay. Instead, the tech replaced a part that was not part of the service call, then stuck me with a $329 bill, which I was not expecting. The tech should have explained the work that needed to be done, given me the quote, and asked if I was okay with the cost. I did not appreciate getting blindsided with such a large bill when he was only called out to check the wiring of the thermostats.

C&C Myers is not a service organization, they are a sales organization. Which is fine, nothing unethical about being a sales organization. Except when you're in the maintenance business, which they are. I was a C&C """"platinum"""" member for a couple years and they'd come to my house once or twice a year and always they'd leave with a thousand dollar critical problem to do something. And ok, fine I get it, you gotta make money somehow and I can just say no to that and get my maintenance. It's a song and dance we all have to do. But one day in the summer time my A/C stopped working. And they came in and said """"well, you need a new A/C"""" and so I ordered one and got myself a brand spanking new top of the line A/C. And the next day it still didn't work. So I called and they sent somebody out and he fill some lines with more refrigerant than useful but he cooled my house down. Then winter rolled around and wouldn't you know cold air was coming out when the heat should be on so I called them up and they told me that the zone control bird was broken and it needed to be fixed for another thousand dollars. I went on Amazon and found a board for a hundred dollars and called an honest company to take a look. C&C took a hundred dollar problem and sold me into a ten thousand dollar problem. I have come to understand that their maintenance people work on commission. So that explains it. Take your business elsewhere

I have been a gold club member of this company for years. I had them come out to install two toilets which I had already purchased, and they quoted me $738 to do the work. When I refused the quote, they told me I still owe them $50 for them coming to my home. I called a few other licensed plumbers and received quotes averaging $200 for the total work. I'm starting to wonder if they quote 3xs over market price just to go around collecting the estimate fee knowing they are way over in cost. I will be calling the Better Business bureau and attorney general's office to file a complaint and will not be using them anymore.
