C.A.W. HVAC Company Inc works to provide the best solutions for your property. You can depend on us to offer a system that fits your individual requirements, and with we have set up numerous systems in this region, we have established a name for completing the work right the first.

C.A.W. stands for Carey Arthur Woods IV - the 4th in our lineage. Chip Woods is a 3rd HVAC Contractor in our family. Approximately 60 years ago, Chip's forebear, Carey Woods Jr., left from his role as Design Engineer at Bryant Air Conditioning in Tyler, Texas and founded C. Woods Company in Tyler.

When Chip's parent, Carey Woods III, came home from serving in the Navy in 1977, he purchased JP Morrow, a complete heating and A/C company, in Alice, Texas. Chip's father led JP Morrow for more than 20 years before transferring to return to Tyler and assume control of C. Woods Company from his retiring predecessor. One might say that the Woods family has cooling inside their blood.

In 1993, Chip Woods completed Texas A&M in Kingsville with a bachelor's. He secured his TACLA license and started his own company in 1995 at age 25 and has been operating as C.A.W. Company, Inc. since then.

At C.A.W., we believe our patrons deserve the top HVAC and A/C solutions we can provide. C.A.W. believes that focusing on excellence and craftsmanship evidently differentiates us from the rest. An AC service can't thrive long nor grow into one of the biggest replacement businesses in the area unless it provides the greatest quality possible by delivering top-notch service and uncompromising excellence at a competitive cost. We strive to be the top and will not rest until our clients understand that we are.
