In 2017, Sandra Griffin established Catlin Construction as the Owner/Operator. Having retired from the City of Atlanta after 30+ years, including 15 years in the field as an engineer, I opted to apply my license and enhance my qualifications. This enables me to serve Forest Park and nearby Metro-Atlanta communities in a more personal and effective manner.
