In 2017, Sandra Griffin established Catlin Construction as the Owner/Operator. After retiring from the City of Atlanta with over 30 years of experience, including 15 years as a field engineer, I chose to leverage my license and expand my certifications. This allows me to provide a more personal and efficient service to Forest Park and the surrounding Metro-Atlanta areas.
