Five stars! The home warranty company referred them. I called Paul at 6:45 am and he answered And set up an appointment for 12 o'clock noon. I'm in Santa Cruz by the way. When my wife realized she couldn't be there at that time she called back and they agreed to come out at 10:00 AM. They found the problem with the water heater and fixed it quickly. I'll definitely call them again with any plumbing needs.

The owner Paul called us back promptly regarding our problem with our hot water heater and came out to fix a problem right away same day. He was also helpful in answering some other unrelated home plumbing questions I had and he looked at those other plumbing items too while he was here. They came out to review the job timely but I called several times for a quote and (I think his name was Paul) kept saying he was sending the quote for a week and never did. This pushed back my project over a week.

This could quite possibly be the best plumbing service in our area! I called and left a message. They got back to me within an hour of calling. Arturo showed up EARLY for our appointment by a few minutes and fixed our leaky pipe within half an hour! I am very impressed by this company's communication and follow through! I am very happy that this could be fixed swiftly and without the phone tag problems with other companies in our area.

Paul of Castroville Plumbing came to our rescue today! Our water heater had a leak and needed to be replaced. Paul initially said that his men were booked all day and he recommended another company. When I called back to tell him I couldn't get a hold of anyone in that company, he decided to do the job himself and he completed the job in no time. I've used Castroville Plumbing three times and they've come through each time. I highly recommend Castroville Plumbing.

I will give them 2 stars for their prompt estimate appointment that was set up. Crew showed up promptly at scheduled time. Made the assessment of my emergency situation and said I would be called shortly by the boss with the estimate. After a follow up phone call I made 3 hours later I was told that someone would call. That never happened. Too bad, everyone I spoke to seemed very nice. Absolutely horrible follow up. That makes customers feel unimportant or trivial.
