The worst experience ever. Alan was assigned to come check out our plumbing/leak problem. Gave us a time frame of 10-2pm appointment time and came late at 3pm. He was hesitant to go into the crawl space to check out the leak. He asked me where the access was and made me remove the access door and finally went in. He told me that he will send his report to his manager by the time he leaves my place and they were supposed send the estimate to First American Home Warranty in a couple of days. After a week of calling them and First Am, finally a report was submitted with incorrect information like they didn't have access to check out the problem. We have First Am change the plumbing company and got rid of these guys. Will never work with these guys. Don't waste your time.

I was very impressed with this business. The hot water return pipe to my water heater developed a leak that I caught in the evening, my home warranty assigned these guys overnight, and when I called in the morning, they were able to get a technician out to me the same morning. The technician was both capable and friendly, and I have a functional hot water heater again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
My father and I went down to their office to inquire about a plumbing job we had. We spoke with Kevin whose one of the family members that owns the business. He was friendly. We spoke of a new tub we wanted put in and that the location of the drain would need to be rerouted. He seemed helpful and understood what needed to be done. We made an appt for one of their plumbers to come out and physically look at the location/job on August 16th. The plumber showed up on time, was very friendly, but was a complete novice in his skill set. Didn't go into the crawl space, was a bit off the mark on what he said versus what Kevin told us would need to happen. The plumber said he needed to talk with his supervisor Alan to write up an estimate. After the August 16th appt we heard nothing. I called August 18th to check on the status of the estimate and spoke to a woman in the office who left a message for Kevin. Didn't hear anything. My father went down to their office on August 23rd and spoke to Kevin who told him they were having issues with the computers and they would get an estimate out that night...need less to say today is September 26th and we haven't heard anything from them. We like to support local business, but it would be a mistake for anyone to be able to depend on them.

I would however highly recommend Chris Wilson Plumbing. Ramiro showed up on the date they told use, wrote up an estimate on the spot, came back last week and did a wonderful job.

This plumbing company (Kevin) was assigned to me by my Home Warranty Insurance and for the 2nd time in a couple of years, he turned his nose up at me and told me that they did not work in Manufactured or Mobile homes. I have a gas leak complete with bubbling to show the leak on a gas hose that goes under my home and they refused. This could be a life threatening matter but they would not come to my home. I called the warranty company and told them NEVER to assign this company to a case for me again. I just want everyone to know. They (HE) is the worst, vendor and worker I have ever had to deal with. Hopefully I will still be alive tomorrow, to find another plumber to fix the issue.

Castroville Plumbing came out to assess a leaking pipe in my first floor ceiling, and then told me they would submit the required report to the home warranty for approval. It has now been over a month and they have not submitted a complete report. Needless to say my plumbing problem STILL hasn't been fixed.

They are extremely hard to reach by phone. I've left multiple messages with their contracted call center, and not once have I received a call back. When I was able to talk to Paul, he passed the blame on to Kevin, who allegedly handles this company's home warranty requests. Last time I spoke to Kevin was over a week ago, and I've left multiple messages since. Kevin gave me a list of excuses as to why he has failed to complete the required report, but frankly, excuses will not fix my water leak.

The company has potential. The tech who was sent out to look at the plumbing issue deserves 5 stars n more. He showed up on time, was courteous, like a really nice guy, assessed the issue immediately. If that's the type of person the company hired, they must have done something right. But let's move on to the next phase of trying to figure out why no one has bothered to communicate w me re next steps. There was a home warranty co involved, AHS, who has received its own review (baaaad), but i sorta expected a cool chat w the plumbing company dude, Kevin, about why no one's reached out to me weeks later. His quick response? "" Not my job"", when i asked about communication and follow up. Okay then. Here it is, 3 weeks later and i am still in the same situation, with a pot of water under the sink. Just bought this old house, and they could of had a lifetime customer, well, don't think that's happening now. Maybe they will read this and be helpful to you, dear reader.

We call yesterday and talked to Paul . He gave us an appointment for today at 9am. Like always show up on time and ready to work. Abraham worked on the water heater, doing everything he can to save us from having to buy a new one. he did it .Thanks so much. Abraham was awesome.

Very happy with this company. Had two faucets replaced, moved water heater and removed garbage disposal. Would hire in future for any plumbing needs.
