I had a tankless water heater and water softener installed. The technician, Thomas Bright, was punctual, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. He was thorough with his explanations. I really want to commend him for going above and beyond what was expected. He had to wait a while for items to be delivered, and said he would have to complete the job the next day. When he learned that I flights the next two days, he decided to stay until the job was done, within being asked to. He put in almost 12 hours, and did an excellent job! Our 20 year old water heater finally passed. We called CastleWorks on a Friday evening. Amanda, who took our call was very helpful, friendly and a technician was here at 9:00 AM Saturday morning. We were very pleased with the tech, Gerardo who looked at the old unit, explained to us very well the situation, answered all our questions and then spent 4-5 hours installing a new water heater that sits in a closet in the hallway. Gerardo was very thoughtful about keeping us advised by explaining what we could expect coming up as he worked. I.E. noise, dirt, the smells, etc. Anyway, a great guy who became friendly with our two dogs, my wife and I. I hope this water heater lasts another 20 years. But if any new problems arise we'll call CastleWorks - and, oh yeah, we hope they send Gerardo!!!
