I could not be happier with this business, but more specifically, with the tech who came out to my property, Lee Frei. He was incredibly personable, deeply knowledgeable, and downright hilarious. Coming home to a flooded garage and broken water heater was not ideal, but Lee turned the experience into an enjoyable afternoon with an easy fix.

Both my boyfriend and I wished we had cash on hand to tip him for his outstanding professionalism and kind trustworthy demeanor. We Appreciate that he listened to our unique situation and made product recommendations tailored to us specifically as opposed to pushing the most expensive options for his benefit.

Lee is welcome in my home any time! Fingers crossed he's the guy for all my future water heater related woes.

Wow! I consider ourselves lucky to have called this company when our water heater broke and we woke up to water pouring out of our garage on a Sunday morning. They returned my call immediately and arranged for a technician to come to our house. He couldn't come till 5:00 as he was finishing other emergency jobs. But Julian was incredible. He was polite, very informative, and obviously highly skilled and expert in his work. When he finished a little after 10 PM, we had a beautifully installed and setup new water heater and he reviewed it's features, answered all our questions. Five stars to this company and Julian. Excellent experience.

I had an emergency call to have a water heater checked as the gas company placed a danger notice on it. Calling CastleWorks was easy to connect with also Vanessa and Tanya were so helpful and proactive in resolving my issue same day. A technician was called and sent the same day. Andres ,the technician,was on the job right away. He kept me updated on the job every step. We ended up needing to replace the water heater. Andrés gave me several options in order to get the most for the money. I was very happy with his work and ethics. Highly recommend Castle Works.

Miguel Lopez was the best technician I've ever had for a service call to my home. Getting scheduled was a breeze, Miguel treated the work as if he was doing repairs in his own house. Went above and beyond to ensure the safety of our water heater repair and remediated some dangerous issues left by the original installation. And he was working with speed and technical expertise as well. He was upfront and fair with pricing estimates too, there were no surprises. We are really glad we called CastleWorks and can't recommend them and Miguel more highly.

I called for water heater leak around 12:30 on Friday Dec.30. I was told technician should arrive around 2:30. James shown up exactly at 2:30. Great service during the holidays!
