With my goal to enter the 21st Century I hired CastleWorks Home Services to install a ""Heat Pump"" hot water heater. With this item I will receive a $2,000 credit on my federal income taxes and a $1,500 rebate from my electric provider (LADWP). This unit is 78% more efficient than the hot water heater that was replaced.

Scott Russon, the installer was amazing. He provided the initial proposal, recommending the manufacturer and the correct size hot water heater to meet my needs. Not only did Scott provide the initial estimate he was also the installer. Scott was professional, he showed up on time and completed the job within the estimated time. The job site was cleaner than when he arrived. Five stars for Scott and for CastleWorks. By the way, not only did Castleworks install the hot water heater, they installed a Heat Pump heating cooling system in my home last year.
