We purchased a water heater 20 months ago and it was a lemon. We had to get a brand new unit installed. It was under warranty and we still had to pay almost 1300 dollars. i think it is completely unfair to charge over 2k 18 mos ago and then when the unit fails we pay another 1300. How in the world is that fair? This is not a reflection on Luis who was very good.

My water heater broke. Technician arrived and explained what he is going to check for troubleshooting and what options I have if certain things are damaged. After diagnosis, he clearly showed me what was faulty and what will be the repair cost vs new water heater cost since the life span of the water heater had passed. He explained all the options clearly and how and what all he is going to replace. He gave an estimate of about 3 hours to complete the work but was able to finish in 2 hours. I was happy to work with him.

Christian did a great job and addressed the entire installation in a very short period of time. He explained the procedure to ignite the pilot light and gave me details of the thermostat sensors in a very practical manner. He went above and beyond measuring out the length of an extension cord I need for the hub in my heater unit as well. Overall he is very detail oriented, and very skilled in the work he does.

I would highly recommend Castleworks for water heater issues. They were prompt in dispatching a qualified technician quickly to address my problems.

Andres Z came over to check out our old water heater after it was spitting out water onto ceiling and wall.
He showed me parts with severe lime scale build up, all of which he replaced, including the pretty essential water cut off.
He completed the entire job in under 4 hours and answered all of the questions we had.
