Contacted Castillo team on Sunday the day before Memorial Day and received a very good priced quote which was scheduled for Tuesday. Other plumbing companies wanted double the price for this small job (approximately 15 feet of new copper run for hot water line exposed run) Brian from Castillo's team showed up on time and did a fantastic job. A new water line was installed from my water heater to laundry box met my expectations. Thanks again Castillo team for your prompt response.

Castillo Works Plumbing definitely lived up to their five star reviews. I tried fixing a bad drain clog myself the night prior. Was at a loss without the right tools on hand. Called them the next morning at 7, they were at my house by 9:30 and had everything unclogged and running smoothly in an hour. Very grateful for the awesome customer service and help. Very reasonably priced considering the nightmare stories some people tell. Will be a repeat customer.. hopefully in the not so near future :).

What I thought was a leak from my water heater, was actually a pipe leak -Which Brian identified and repaired the same day. I found a leak in my upstairs bathroom at 10pm. Castillo Works Plumbing was recommended by a friend of mine. I called and spoke to Ely. He was able to send someone to fix the leak the next day. Art did an amazing job. He was great at what he does. He explained to me what he was doing. He also followed all Covid precautions. He was friendly and easy to talk to. I was very happy with the work that he's done.

My water heater broke down on Easter Sunday. I was very worried that no one will be available to repair. I got lucky that this company helped me right away. Ely is very prompt and professional. He came on time and followed covid safety protocol. Ely gave me a quote through phone then after we talked about prices (which is reasonable) he came back and gave me information between replacing my current water heater or changing it to a tankless heater which helped me decide to what I want. It was already late afternoon and he said he cannot do the tankless heater because it needs to be ordered, they don't store the equipment in their shop because once they buy it and store it the warranty starts when the equipment is bought (some companies does that) so you thought you still have a two year warranty when in fact you only have 6-1year left. I need my water heater fixed that day. THE RECEIPT STATES that if I decide to CONVERT it to tankless heater within 2 months the price I paid NOW will be added to the payment on the conversion. Which is great! It's like you're paying in installment. IT'S NOT HEAVY ON MY POCKET!
I asked to customize my drip pan by putting additional pipe that will keep the water directly to drip on the floor in case it leak again (photos attached) $95 additional charge with labor.
I also opt to have an expansion tank to help control the pressure build up on my tank ($250 with labor, photos attached. They also replaced my old water pressure regulator ($425 with labor).
Art came to do the everything and he is GREAT! He is very good at what he does, very polite and professional. I can tell that he is a hard worker. He showed me the invoice and it looked like Ely gave me a small discount (very nice!) Art mentioned a few good things about his boss. No wonder his workers respects him and works at their best and gives THE BEST SERVICE!
When Management and workers has a very good relationship and respects each other, it shows on how they work! I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! GOOD LUCK TO ELY AND HIS WORKERS!
