DO NOT USE THIS BAD COMPANY! I called Castillo Plumbing because I had issues with my water heater. Ely, the representative seamed to be willing to help with my situation. He came to my home to get the work started. He needed to call the manufacturer to get a code so I kindly asked him if it would help if I gave him a case number that the manufacturer had already given me. Instantly, Ely the rep. from Castillo Plumbing, went crazy as if I had insulted his intellect or something!!! He went off on me telling me that he had not asked me any questions and to remain quiet. But the way he said it was very rude and angry!! Then my son asked in a nice manner if we could open a faucet inside the house while he was replacing the heater? And again Ely went nuts!! I believe that as a paying customer one is allowed to make questions pertaining to the job. We were not trying to tell him how to do his job or anything like that. We just wanted to help but he felt aggravated and became the nastiest person possible. I would never, EVER!! recommend Castillo Plumbing to anyone in the world! Specially not this Ely guy! He is very rude and disrespectful. So many options out there, he should realize that the number one factor to get recommendations is by offering good customer service and being nice to your customers. And just as I told him, if he is having a bad day, he should stay home and not take it out on his customers.

I did few calls before reaching Castillo plumbing, I loved they were able to provide with free online quote and showed to check the water heater in less than 30 minutes, I shared previous quotes and they were able to match price, next day my water heather was remove @ got new one, with very good warranty. Thanks to Art for his work and Elias for his promp quote and response, I highly recommend them!!

I called Castillo plumbing at 8:00 monday morning about a toilet issue. I had broke something in my fathers toilet tank while installing a self cleaning toilet seat. I Spoke with Art, who was Amazing. Showed up same day before noon, fixed my toilet with in 30 minutes and only charged me the $60.00 service charge. I have saved his contact information for all my plumbing needs. I will use Castillo plumbing again. Make sure you ask for Art. He was amazing, very courteous and always wore his mask.

It's a shame no one bothered to show up for their scheduled appointment. I could have called a well known company but wanted to utilize a local business first. A little courtesy to say someone was unavailable would be helpful so instead of waiting for 3 or 4 hours, I can find another company.

Update: Thank you Ely for your response and appreciate you reaching out, but I contacted another company. I gave you my address and an appointment with a specific time frame was set up. I just wanted to send out this feedback so that you're aware.
