Terrible experience with this company ! Charged me to come out and fix my dishwasher. However what they claimed was fixed was not fixed ( work needed was outside of their scope but instead of telling me this they billed me for what was supposed to be an issue fixed !) had to call a real repair company and was charged naturally by them to actually correct the issue ! Dishonest company ! Bait and switch ! I do not recommend ! Will report to the BBB what can honestly only be classified as theft ! If you don't have the knowledge of hoe to fix something the. That should be stated upfront not pretend to fix it only to have me hire and pay for the cores t outcome ( issue was with the draining pump which they SHOULD have been able to figure out ) it had to be replaced not simply flushed at $300 !

Competitive pricing. Quality work. Mike answered all our questions with the know how of a professional. They offered a few different options to repair our slab leak with different pricing to accommodate our resources. They're trustworthy. I left his team alone at home to continue their work without any issues they even put up with my dog getting in their way.

Ely used to be my go to plumber and he was excellent but then he hired a guy named Alex with no knowledge or experience of course no license , he used Ely's , that Alex turned my life into a nightmare , I had a job that needed to pass inspection , Alex messed up everything and I had nothing but problems , later on I called Ely for a clogged toilet and again he sent Alex , he did not unclogged so I had to pay double , that was it for me , later on a friend of mine called Ely with the understanding that it was going to be him , again Alex showed up and gave my friend an estimate of 600 for just replacing the water heater , not throwing it away or supplying it just picked it up and replace it . be careful because at that time Ely only hired people that owned a hammer and a wrench with no experience whatsoever .

Last month I called Castillo Works Plumbing on a Sunday to find out what was leaking under my kitchen sink and find out why the water dispenser on my refrigerator wasn't flowing properly. They answered (on a Sunday) and scheduled me in for that Monday morning. Not only did they came at the time scheduled but was able to return that afternoon with the parts needed to complete the job the same day. They communicated everything step of the way. Definitely worth the money! You can't put a price on peace of mind! It looks like I found my go to plumbing company! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

Previously had a leak problem on our second floor washing machine. There was a weird discoloration on our first floor ceiling and wanted to have it checked out before we got our new washer. Based on the Yelp reviews we went with Castillo Works Plumbing and that was the best decision. Greg came out and did a great job! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and great at communicating what was wrong, what needed to be done and how he was going to proceed. He replaced our valves for the new washer, did a leak test, and installed the new drain pan. I definitely know who to call with any and all plumbing issues. Thank you Castillo Works Plumbing!

Castillo Works was recommended by Rapid Water Heater (owner Miguel, who replaced our water heater 4/11/22). Art came by within an hour(!) on that Sunday phone call and assessed the leak situation. He cut out some dry wall to find cause of leak and also examined overflow gasket.

Greg, Ace and Alex started Monday afternoon. Our streets were closed to through traffic Tuesday -- so Wednesday morning, Greg did the whole project of replacing the 3 shower valves with a Moen all-purpose, one-handle valve; the tub-faucet, overflow gasket and old exposed copper pipes downstairs.

The crew that i met from Castillo were all personable and professional. i also appreciated Greg's patience as he explained to me ""plumbing jargon"" so that i may learn what goes on behind/beneath the shower/bathroom walls. Greg finished the work in the afternoon. ALL good to go!

Overall, i would rate Castillo Works a 4.8 -- because complete perfection only happens in GOD's Heaven. \o/

Thank you to Castillo Plumbing! Art came over the same day I called to take a look at our issue. We had them re-pipe the main water line to the house. Everyone was so professional, nice and took pride in their job! The team work they have is amazing. They took the time to lay out plastic and put the dirt over it, making the job as clean as possible all the way through. I will definitely be using them! Unfortunately, my Hot Water Heater went out on Sunday, and I was heading out of town for work the next morning.
