Ely at Castillo Works has been a pleasure to work with. My partner and I just purchased a townhome in Serra Mesa, and were looking to install a ductless mini-split. I purchased the mini-split directly from a distributor. Ely sent his handy HVAC tech, Bobby out to provide us with a quote, which was beyond reasonable versus any other of the 4 quotes we had received from other companies located here in the San Diego Area.

Bobby completed the work, which we were very pleased with his hard work and knowledge, and installed the unit to our liking.

We are currently facing a slab leak, and Castillo Works has already provided a quote in a quick and timely manner. We will definitely be utilizing them to our current and future plumbing needs!

Castillo works plumbing is amazing and accommodating! They did some work for us a couple weeks ago and did an excellent job. We recently had called them this past Friday at 7:30pm and I didn't think I was going to be able to speak to anyone, but luckily Alex answered and was able to fix our clogged sewer/plumbing problem. We had all four bathroom shower/toilet clogged up with standing water in all showers. It was a horrible experience and Alex came to the rescue! He came out really late, fixed the problem and I seriously thought it was going to cost us a lot of money. But he then gestured it was on the house, since they recently just charged us with a plumbing issue a couple weeks ago. I will definitely be calling them for more services and I would recommend this company if you're looking for great plumbers who are knowledgeable and professional! Thanks again Alex!

Ely used to be the best , I had been doing business with him for several years and was impressed with his professional work , but a few years back he started to grow and hired people that don't have a license and don't know what they are doing , I had to pass inspection for a tankless water heater that I had installed before and Ely sent Alex , he did what he thought was correct but when the inspector came he really chewed me off because it was all wrong , I had to go back to pay again so the inspector came back , and hired an expert so I would pass inspection , it cost me 4 times more than it should have been , then this year I had a clogged toilet and again Ely sent Alex , they had to come 4 times to get it right , the last time it was someone else's , I called last week to see wether Ely could come to flush my water heater but I guess he only does big jobs now ( he told me he was working with Mc Donalds) and the little people like me we get the aprentices . Well last saturday we had an emergency and called Bob the plumber , what a difference !!! great service by Bob not a helper . With this company is either hit or miss.
Well I had a call from Ely and apparently I was not the only one having problems with Alex since he is not there anymore , so if you get Ely to do your work you are in excellent hands .

Amazing and reliable! My sprinklers were running all day even though we had disconnected them, if that makes sense...anyhow, alex came and quickly fixed the problem! What a lifesaver and reasonably priced...will definitely forward his info to others
