I noticed a little bit of water around the base of my toilet before leaving for work this morning. I called Castillo Works Plumbing. My brother had referred me to them as he has previously had good experiences with them. I called them at 8:15 in the morning, and they were here by 9:00. There were initially two men who came to inspect the issue and quoted me some prices for replacing my toilet and replacing the water valve shutoff. A third person (Greg) came soon after, and the other two left soon after Greg started working on our bathroom . Greg completed most of the work. He did a good job communicating with me about what to expect and possible issues that might arise. Praise the Lord, he didn't feel there was much water damage, and the area was pretty dry. He removed the old toilet and installed the new one on his own. He was confident, and it made me feel at ease. Definitely would recommend Castillo Works Plumbing.

This company is definitely 5 STARS! Last week our hot water went out. It was 11:00 pm and I thought I would leave a voice mail when I called. To my surprise, Ely answered the phone and spoke to me. I told him what happened with no hot water and he said he would be at our house the next morning. This company was very flexible with my schedule. He was quick to diagnose our problem with the pilot burner as the problem. In a couple of hours, he replaced it and the hot water worked! Ely is professional and I would definitely recommend him!

Back in Feb 2024 we had a broken regulator valve. Called for leak repair. They were responsive and professional. Quoted at 1100 for labor and parts. No hidden fees or add-ons added to invoice after completion.

I called Castillo Works about a shower drain leaking into our kitchen ceiling. Greg came out the next day and fixed the leak that day. There was moisture in the drywall and wood surrounding it. They brought in a dehumidifier and fan to prevent mold and dry out the area. I was impressed with the system they used to dry out the area. Greg did an excellent job in replacing the drywall and matching the texture on our ceiling. I really appreciate his workmanship and professionalism.
