Had issues with our 13 year old water heater. The pilot light was no longer staying on. While other companies would have quickly quoted an entire replacement of 1300.00+, Ely immediately recognized the issue as a simple burner replacement, which is 1/5 of what it would have cost to replace a tank that still has some use in it.

Ely was quick to respond. He was available on a Sunday. He arrived when he said he would. He came prepared with all tools and materials. He was quick and informative about everything he was doing and very professional.

We will certainly be keeping his information and happy to refer Ely and his company to family, friends and others!
