I called Castello after my regular plumber did not return my calls and texts for 2 days. A real person asnwered the phone and said someone would be out shortly. Robert arrived less than 40 minutes later, quickly diagnosed our lack of hotwater (bad thermocoupled) and repaired it on the spot. He was very friendly and didn't mind all of my animals investigating his work, since my water heater is outside. His price was very reasonable and I plan on making Castello my new plumbers!

Robert the owner is an incredible plumber. He spent over 2 hours on the initial estimate without any guarantee for payment. He crawled underneath my house and came out covered in dirt and cobwebs just to visualize every step needed for my tankless Rinnai external install. The other 2 estimates I had that day spent about 10 minutes mulling around before giving an estimate. Because he visualized every step prior to me hiring him, there was not a single unexpected charge. My contractor commented how well the install was done. We have hired him back to build a drain line for our bar sink. I have also referred him to my sister who was thrilled with his work. Incredibly reliable, work ethic of a veteran, trustworthy around your house and family.
