I needed some new faucet stops installed, as well as drain plumbing repaired in my kitchen. Also wanted a hot water recirculating system installed. They responded within about 5 minutes to my request on Yelp, and Roger was able to come out the next morning. He gave me some good suggestions, and also recommended that I get a pressure regulator installed. His estimate was quite reasonable for the amount of work to be done. He showed up to do the work right on time, and got it all done quickly. I'll definitely use them again for my future plumbing needs!

A pipe in my back yard started leaking out of nowhere and I had to shut the water to the house in order to get the leak to stop immediately. I needed a plumber to come out as soon as possible in order to fix the leak and get my water turned back on. Castello Plumbing answered their phone right away, they were friendly and were able to come out within a reasonable amount of time. They also fixed the leak the same day. Very pleased, arrived ahead of schedule, great office support that communicates very well and delivered exactly what we needed at a cost that was very fair and compared to some options dramatically cheaper.

For this project we evaluated 3 providers a mid-sized local shop and one of the giant ones in town in addition to Castello.

While the other providers were very professional, knowledgeable and very likely to have done the job well Robert went a step further to ensure we were able to get the best solution for us. He wasn't stuck on one product and/or vendor and leveraged his experience while not pretending to know everything, even bringing in additional resources to get answers from product experts.

If you want a huge shop that will have a slick sales process, memorize every product detail about every option and charge a small fortune, go with one of the huge outfits. They are very professional and know their stuff to be sure.

I called at 11am and had Robert at the house at 3:30pm. Our water heater pilot wouldn't stay lit. Robert took his time diagnosing, assessing the options, determining the age and warranty status of the unit (we bought the house a couple years ago, so we didn't know that info). Unfortunately we need a new water heater. He was upfront about our options and costs. No pressure at all.
He then spent an hour attempting to provide a temporary fix so my family would have hot water until we got the new unit.
I am extremely happy with the service and they will be my go-to company for all my plumbing needs in the future!

Robert Castello was recommended to me. What a gem. I needed to replace my garbage disposal and he charged me the price I saw quoted at Lowe's. He didn't add any extras like tax. Who does this.

Also, he assisted me with another issue in the master bath, one I tried and stressed over for months, but he fixed in 5 minutes.

Needless to say, he is very friendly and professional. I just wish he was certified in carpentry and roofing too! That would be repair utopia.

The master bath shower on the second floor was leaking into the garage. Robert did a great job diagnosing the problem and providing advice. He was professional and cleaned up well at the end of the job. Also, scheduling an appointment was very fast and easy.

Great guy easy to schedule. Had him out for a clogged drain but because the type of pipes I have he suggested that he check water pressure and found pressure valve had failed and needed replacement. Fair price.
