Robert came quickly to fix a leaky pipe under our house. He was respectful, efficient, and a good value. He also fixed the work of another plumber who had installed a water circulator incorrectly. And he did that additional service free of charge since it was the right thing to do. We will continue to use his services as we have other plumbing needs come up. We also like that he is a veteran and appreciate his past service to our country. Thank you so much, Robert!

Castello Plumbing is top notch! Very professional and excellent customer service. I called four plumbers but Robert is the only one that physically came out and bid the job and said they always have to look at the job to quote. My clients water heater was a VERY old system and needed complete upgrading so I wanted someone to see it in person to give a real quote. Being a realtor I rarely come across a contractor I would recommend but I HIGHLY recommend Castello Plumbing and will be referring them to everyone I know.

Rob definitely live up to the 5 stars here! I had low pressure with my kitchen sink faucet and Rob came over spend a good hour or so trying to clear it out for me but was not successful. He advices me to buy a new faucet and give him a call again. He didn't charge me for the first visit and once I got my new faucet he promptly came over and installed it and didn't charge me anything extra for the extra visit! Awesome service!

Came home from a trip on a Sunday and noticed my garage floor was turning into a pond. I was freaked out a bit because I had no idea what to do. Looked on yelp and messaged a few companies. Castello's got back to me and ask a few more questions and was at my house shortly after installing a new water heater. I felt bad that he had to work on the weekend but he never seemed bothered. I had to replace my kitchen faucet as the one I had replaced just 1.5 year ago was leaking water. I contacted Robert and he showed up right at the appointment time. He looked at the faucet and informed me that it needed to be replaced. He drove me to the closest Home Depot and helped me select which faucet would work best with my water system. While there, he ran into a colleague and he informed me that Robert was the best in town. That gave me confidence in his service. He also used his contractor discount on everything he needed and passed to me the savings. He could have just had me buy at retail price, but he didn't.

After he replaced the faucet, he informed me that the garbage disposal was not working that something may have been stuck or the engine bad. I was afraid that it would have been an additional costs, but instead he said ""Let me try out something first."" Sure enough, there was something in it and the motor ran just fine. He easily could have charged me an additional fee for diagnosing the problem with the garbage disposal but he didn't.

I highly recommend Castello Plumbing for ANY plumbing or drain services you need. People like him are hard to find nowadays. He's honest and will tell you exactly what you need serviced.
