We have used them twice and he is efficient, helpful and pleasant to work with. However, we called for a water heater issue and booked out until Monday and it's Thursday. I guess the emergency service isn't really the case.

Robert has been out to replace the expansion tank on our hot water heater and an outside water pressure valve as well as check for a leak in our master shower. Each time he has been extremely thorough and professional. He is also always punctual which is an added bonus. It's nice having a plumber to call on who is local and trustworthy.

I was having trouble with a shower not draining well. I contacted Castello Plumbing and they responded quickly and set up an appointment to come and take a look. Robert was able to clean the drain out as well as explain what the problem was. I felt he was very honest and did not try and do more than what was necessary. I have since used them to install new toilets, replace a garbage disposal and install a new water heater. Very grateful for a dependable plumber.

Eh. Unimpressed that I had to ask Robert to wear a mask to enter my house. He seemed annoyed that I was concerned about protecting my family. I thought about sending him away but really needed my garbage disposal fixed. I had him unclog some drains as well and was disgusted to find later that day the dust and dirt and whatever else that was spread all over my bathroom counters and on our TOOTHBRUSHES and HAIRBRUSHES. Had to throw them all out. Won't use again.
