Worst service ever! Did not have all equipment necessary! we even had to go to hardware store for the equipment missing for him! Was helping to get the work done sooner but he was so rude and yelled like I was his employee not the customer that I was! When we left to get the equipment he also left saying he still needed more equipment and left for two hours which he charged us for! At the end he didn't even complete the job! He made it worse and i had to contract a new electrician to fix the problems that he made! Didn't even want to take responsibility for his error! I will never use their services again and I would never recommend them to anyone. BEWARE- after writing this review they are now seeking revenge! Very childish and unprofessional! This just shows what kind of company they are.

Cascade and Electric has been our go to Electric and Plumbing contractor for big and small projects. Their professionalism is unmatched. Bob is very upfront and honest which I truly appreciate.

After a small electrical fire that started in a light switch, we requested repairs, we can't use several other outlets and lights until the repair is made. We got a call on a Wednesday saying they might have someone in the area on Friday, we're 22 miles away from their location. No one showed or called Friday. So I call the next week and was told we would get a call when someone was in the area. 6 weeks pass without a word. So I call again, and was told our repair was NOT a priority and would only be addressed when someone was in the area, but currently no one was scheduled. I was then told, customers have been waiting over 6 months to be scheduled. Customer service is terrible and they provide zero communication.

Started off good, but it went downhill from there. I will say, Sheena in the office was very nice. Main Issues: 1. Hired them on a time and material basis because Bob said that would be more affordable than a bid and that for service work they preferred to work that way. Upon job completion, he flat out refused to provide a ""priced"" itemization of the cost. All I got was a list of tasks done that he tried to pass off as a itemization. Not even a simple hour total or total of materials. Best he told me was ""a couple thousand of materials..."" He simply refused to provide more. That alone is unacceptable and not consistent with contracting standards. Itemization goes hand in hand with time and materials. 2. ) General workmanship -started off well with installing a bathroom subfloor, but subsequent work (molding, baseboards, vanity installation, minor fixture electrical) were fair at best and some not properly completed, requiring hiring a 3rd party to redo some parts of it. Some of the work was good and Sheena was polite, but the majority was of marginal quality, and the lack of professionalism was inexcusable.

Bad service. They took my money $1093 dollars. I never finish their job. The worker only come for 1 hour and charged $1093. We have to call different company and got fix for $250 dollars. You need to pay me back or I will report the BBB

I was recommended to this company by another professional so I had no knowledge of this company prior. I would not recommend this company though for multiple reasons. A few of these reasons consist of their wacky 3 types of service... 1. Emergency (when we feel like it or a spot opens up) 2. Expedited (2-5 days as we see fit in our schedule) 3. On the books (7-10 days from when you call.) Of course all three of these types of service consist of different costs and a credit card is required on file before anything is done, with no quote or knowledge of the final cost until they charge your card!! So ok Emergency it is.. then 48 hours later no response, lets move to expedited since it doesn't appear to be an Emergency.... Wait, Wait, Wait!! Finally, Bob, the owner is extremely rude. How he stays in business is beyond me. He could learn to take some customer service classes since he clearly has taken the electrical and plumbing side. We received service costing us thousands of dollars and it still is not fixed. If he finally fixes it, because you know him coming out is reliant on his schedule, then I will never do business nor recommend this company again. Beware when you are desperate regarding your plumbing and electrical in your home. It is okay to be picky and do some research instead of going with the first guy who says he can help you.

I needed a licensed electrician to fix some reversed polarity issues and a bad GFIC outlet to satisfy a home inspection on a house my wife is selling in Kelso. I called Cascade on Saturday and spoke with Bob. He got on his motorcycle and was at my house in 20 min. The repairs were completed quickly, friendly and with a high degree of professionalism and at a very fair price. I also got some good advice on some plumbing issues I wasn't sure about. I highly recommend Cascade Electric to everybody and I plan to use them again for the plumbing problem. Sheena was very helpful in discussing the plumbing and arranging a time and day to take care of that issue also. Thanks Bob and Sheena!

Worst customer service ever. One
star is too high for this company. They accepted a contract from American home Shield to install a JennAir range. We called when the range was delivered. And I did ask about coming out today, which they could not do and that is understandable. But they refused to give us a day and time that they would do the install. Best we got was ""I'll call next week sometime when I am in the area"" . After complaining about them to American Home Shield, they decided that they were not qualified for the install. Just like other recent ratings from Brett W and Jordan S. Do not use these rude people.

Been waiting about a week for our appointment today.
Was given a guarantee arrival time of 10-2 to access our plumbing needs and never showed up. My wife called to be told their technician had to go to a separate emergency for a family without water. We were never called or alerted they would not be showing up to our appointment. They only offered to reschedule us with our already booked schedule. Yea we will reschedule; with another company!
