Tom responded to my inquiry immediately and provided an estimate of time for replacing some older, corroded pipes, fixing a leaky and half-stuck faucet, and replacing some older shutoff valves after I provided him with some photos of the work I needed. He was fully booked out for a few weeks, but we were able to schedule a day, and Tom finished all the work in time as quoted. He was friendly, and explained what he'd done and showed me how to work some of the new hardware. I would recommend him, and will definitely go back to him next time I need some plumbing work done!

Tom was incredibly responsive and despite having a booked schedule, managed to squeeze my job in. He is professional, knowledgeable, a great communicator, and has an easy going disposition --- which in my experience can be a challenging combination of positive traits that isn't always easy to find.
He came out as scheduled, took a look at not only the sink, but also had to move some ceiling panels in the basement (not an easy feat to access) to diagnose the issue. Within just over an hour, my tenant's sink was fixed and the area Tom worked in was cleaner than how he found it. His rate was completely affordable. He also gave some additional advice regarding updating my home's plumbing for the future.
I would highly recommend Tom for any / all plumbing needs. Highly.

Tom has been our plumber for more than 5 years. He was recommended by a friend and now we recommend him to our friends and others in our small condo association.

He has worked on our gas hot water heater, gas stove and numerous faucet, toilet and dryer issues.

He is a great communicator, arrives on time, does the work and cleans up afterwards. Tom's goal is to make sure the job is done right. He always answers my numerous questions.

Tom provided amazing service. He was in touch before the appointment, asking good questions and providing updates on his arrival time. Always very friendly, including offering some tips for around the house that were appreciated by first time home owners.

We contacted Tom about fixing a mostly blocked train and replacing the valve in the shower. He was able to do both in a timely manner and the new valve looks (and works!) great.

When our very old three-knob shower faucet began leaking into the kitchen below, I searched for a local plumber and called Tom. He answered immediately, listened to my explanation, and asked for a photo of the leaking faucet. He told me he would return my call later that night, since he was in the middle of another job. He called back as promised, said he could order parts to rebuild the faucet, and we set a time for him to come to do the work a couple of days later (this was not an emergency, as there was no leak when the faucet was turned off).

On the agreed day, he texted ahead and showed up on time. He was friendly, courteous and careful in our house, answered questions and explained things clearly. He got right to work and gently moved a few of our things out of the way in the bathroom. He was careful, not hasty, and clearly had plenty of experience with old hardware.

Most importantly: he successfully rebuilt the old faucet in a couple of hours, and it works like new without a leak to be found! He also made some friendly recommendations about how to keep our other out-of-date bathroom hardware going for a few more years.
