I will never use any other company for air conditioning services. Casa is by far the best.
My family had lived in an old beautiful farm house for over twenty years- and when you have an old house, there's always something!!!! I had called a random appliance company to fix a dryer but was talking to the guy about who I should have service our AC or replace it. Without hesitation, the young man told me to call Casa. He said that all mom and pop companies would charge more than casa because they simply didn't have the company size.
He was right. Casa is more than competitive in pricing, they're less. More than that, they are honest, thorough, qualified, and do excellent work.
I was fortunate enough to get Evan Young on my first call to Casa. He is amazing. Truly. I needed to have an old town Georgetown home's air conditioning system inspected ASAP and he was on it. He had to crawl under that house and never ever seemed bothered! His report was easy to understand and I was impressed by his communication skills. Not the average AC service interaction!!! We didn't buy that house in old town, but we kept searching- and eventually found our dream home.... which has three AC systems. Beyond the usual inspection when buying a home, my husband and I wanted a professional AC report-this is Texas. AC is life. It can make electric bills awfully high! Besides that, air quality is often taken for granted. We have an immune suppressed child, so for us, it is imperative to focus on the air quality!
Evan rushed to inspect again for us, gave a thorough (depressing) report, and I know it wasn't easy for him to deliver the bad news that the entire home needed new systems. However, he understood our health concerns and put his expertise into action. I can't do him justice in a review, but I can tell you that my husband trusts him, I trust him, and we both rely on him. He put together a plan, giving our son the best possible air filtration and we could tell he cared! We bought the house and before anything moved in, Casa was there. Evan brought two teams of workers and I have never ever seen such organized team work. It was beyond impressive. Old was removed, new was systematically installed, each worker had designated tasks. Neighbors we hadn't met yet were in awe! A little army came and did incredible work! AND THEY WERE PLEASANT, RESPECTFUL, AND CLEAN!!! It was also obvious that they respected their boss, who cares about each one of them. This is a well oiled machine people. Led by an educated, well spoken, all around gentleman!!!
He is so invested in his clients and his workers- and it shows in the impeccable work. There hasn't been one week since the day of installation that my husband and I haven't mentioned how blessed we are to have been guided to this company, Evan, and his team. We lowered the previous owner's bill by over half with the new systems, our son actually feels better, and I feel no fear about who to call should anything ever go wrong. We are loyal customers for the rest of our lives. Don't bother looking further. Call this company. TALK with them about your situation. They'll help and get it done swiftly! Professional, HUMAN interaction at its best!

Lane, I hope you read this. I tried calling to tell you how incredible Evan, Dennis, and their crews were, but I couldn't ever get you! It's Christmas. They've improved our lives. Angels each. Evan is solid gold and you're lucky to have him. I bet you know that. Every guy that's stepped into our home from your company has been great. EACH of them deserves a BIG BONUS!!

We moved into our new fabulous Lennar Austin home four weeks ago and it's been amazing. We have had two problems both covered under warranty by Casa Mechanical Services and we have been very happy. The last experience was a close call because in all of the paperwork we never got the warranty info on the toilet. We have warranty info on electric outlets that have USB ports to charge things but not on a toilet. (Not their fault, just making a point)
The point is, Clorox tablets are toxic to new toilets. In less than three weeks a gasket was leaking. The technician was very polite and made some calls before letting me know it would be covered under warranty which was a huge kudos to them for allowing it. I am thankful and will forever be grateful for their time and professionalism. The place was left clean and the technician was very informative. Thanks for the great service.

They charge you for doing absolutely nothing! The guy walked in, said he had no equipment to repair/address my leaking sink, and left. The ONLY reason I ever used them was because I was under the impression that my home plumbing was under warranty. Avoid Casa Mechanical at all cost!

CASA came out to fix a couple leaking toilets and work on my AC. The toilets had apparently been shimmed like crazy, by the builder, which was leading to movement and water leak. The gentleman from CASA came exactly when he said he would. He explained the problem to me and showed me how he would correct it. He was in and out quickly with a great attitude.

Our AC turned out to have a bad coil, which was under warranty. The people at CASA came out, diagnosed the problem and then got us on the schedule really quickly to get the part replaced. We paid for labor and CASA handled the rest with Lennox. It was super easy.

Aaron Vesper was the manager in charge of both our services and he was very responsive and eager to make sure we were pleased with all the work done in our home.

They came out because our house wouldn't get below 79. The guy came and it was obvious he was in a hurry. He "said" he put 3lbs of coolant and that we had a slow leak. We'll need a pressure test but he didn't have time to do it. We waited over a week for them to come out and they didn't book time to actually fix it. We schedules the test and it would take over 2 weeks. We found a local guy who picked up the Warranty parts the next day and had our A/C working perfectly the next. I noticed his bill didn't show coolant. If we were leaking and that's why it wasn't cooling, why no coolant. He said we didn't have a leak and CASA just tried something to fix it. They actually overfilled our system. $300 to CASA to not fix our unit. $400 to the other company and not only was it fixed, he didn't maintenance . An hour after he was done our house was down to 72. Seems CASA wants to bleed you dry of money instead of sending someone who not only had time, but knew what they were doing. We will never use CASA again, unless we feel like throwing money away while our house gets hotter.

Will NOT use ever again! Air conditioner went out on Sunday, called Casa on Monday and they said they couldn't come out until a week from Tuesday. Temperatures in our upstairs reached 91 degrees. Called them back on Thursday and was told the earliest they could come out would be Monday. After a sleepless Thursday night we called another company who came out the same day and had it up and running in an hour. Glad my money and business went to them and NOT Casa!!

I am giving one star only because there is no lower rating. We paid for a spring checkup which was not even completed properly - they missed a unit - and within weeks we've had 2 of our 3 units fail. Oh and coincidentally it was the 2 units that they checked! I called Tom (manager? Owner?) and his response was that a checkup is just to ensure that the units are working within acceptable levels. Well, Tom, we already knew that! We were trying to do a little prevention here and clearly Casa Mechanical is not in that business or, if they are, they are terrible at it.

Only because you can't give zero stars. I read these reviews and was hoping our appointment with them would go differently. But it didn't they were suppose to be here between 3-5 today but never showed and never called to tell us they couldn't make it. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Do NOT use this company unless you have to. Come on people all you had to do was call. We have to use them because our AC warranty in with them. So I will update my review as things progress. Hopefully they can turn it around.

they are the worst company... Avoid at all costs. My home warranty was through them and it was the worst experience I've ever felt entering into a new home and I could not use anybody else for that year because they could void the warranty. Which in fact... They could either get my AC working or my heater but they cannot get both of them working. So if I wanted AC- they could get my AC working but when the season for heat would come then my AC wouldn't work because they would have to do something to switch it to the heat process. This was approximately eight months in the making and approximately 3 to 5 phone calls to get them out here. and Christmas came around I had a large party... Which decided to stay over because of the holidays and it was steaming hot in my house... And they said they cannot come over to fix my AC (because again they cannot get both of them working without turning one of them off). So in the middle of winter we had to have the doors open windows open and all of my guest to include one cancer patient who is going through treatments... Be in a hot house. Not only was that embarrassing... But just incredibly heartbreaking to see my friend be in pain and cannot get cool. The response was it was not an emergency because the temperature was not below a certain degree outside, knowing the condition of my friend... And her response was my boss told me we can enjoy the holiday and we didn't have to take any calls unless it fell below certain temperature.

Which also brings me to the point if there was another lady there who is incredibly rude and answers the phone with such an attitude. She also tried telling me that my warranty for my house would be voided because I installed a security thermostat. I had to tell her good luck on that because I would take this to court because I have all my paperwork for where I signed the house and nothing stated that if I change the thermostat would it void my contract.

This company is a lousy-est company I've ever dealt with. The only way they even got my AC and heater working the way that it was supposed to was because during Christmas they were so over booked they had to call an outside technician to help and come to find out my electrical board was fried- not on Christmas Day... But the following day. So tell me... Would someone be so incompetent enough that the technician from this company wouldn't have found that eight months maybe nine months prior?? Completely ridiculous.

This company is completely horrible. I hate writing bad reviews, but I purposely and specifically feel this one needed to be reviewed as such.
