terrible work. did the install on my new home and must have come out 20 times for various issues. once the system is out of warranty I finally get my issues resolved by hiring a competent AC company. The entire system didn't have enough vents and was constantly freezing up. The GM and master tech both came to my house and still lacked the expertise to see that so I'm out $3500 to finally fix their terrible work. No wonder they are being sued. stay away.

casa mechanical put our plumbing In our new house. our water pressure regulating valve had not been set since we moved in, and sounds like our construction manager never communicated with them to do so. we had no idea this was a thing. although we should have caught this sooner the house wasn't in warranty anymore. the technician that came out was really nice, however, dealing with the office staff is really hard. they are rude and unhelpful. when I called back the day after the technician increased our water pressure I wanted it decreased a little bit plus our lock nut wasn't placed back on. casa wanted to charge another $129 to come decrease the pressure and replace the lock nut that wasn't put back on to begin with. I was told a manager would call me back if I left a voicemail. that didn't happen. instead the office lady called me back and was extremely rude. we will not be using this company again.

My folks had a new HVAC system installed by this place. I think it might still be under warranty of some kind. A year later, the AC stopped working in July. It obviously needed a new capacitor. Casa Mechanical said they couldn't come by for A WEEK. We called a competitor, and they came by in ONE HOUR. No thanks, Casa Mechanical.

Absolutely AVOID at all costs. Unless you want to replace your "brand new" coil every 1-2 years. CASA has replaced our coil 2x, and now it failed again. This is 3 failures in 5 years. Each time they say coil is leaking. YOU ARE THE ONE THAT REPLACED THE COIL...coils are not 6-12 month warranties and they do not go out that fast.
They will charge you for anything and everything, not fix the problem, and then claim that there is an issue again.

After Casa replaced my bathtub from a warranty in May of 2021, the water just stays on the ledge of my bathtub after shower. The caulking also started to split here and there a few months later. I would not mind keeping the old tub if the casa estimater didn't drill a hole inside the tub. I will definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

I would say don't bother with this company. Casa did the plumbing work for our new home. We had numerous plumbing issues arise that I simply find unacceptable for a new home. We also had to pay our builder a significant amount of money to have the ability to install a soft water unit down the road if we ever chose to do so. Casa used a very non standard size pipe (I believe 1.25") that would be incompatible with virtually any soft water unit on the market. None of the other builders in my area did this, which I think was a little unfair on the part of Casa. A significant portion of money would have to be paid again to make it compatible despite paying our builder a significant amount of money in the first place.

We bought a New Giddens Home a few months back, this weekend was the 1st time using our heater in our home. The furnace started but never warmed the house. I called Casa Mechanical on Friday and was promised a technician would be here Saturday and after numerous phone calls no one showed Saturday. I received a call Saturday night and was promised a technician would come Sunday and no one came out till my builder called and emailed Casa Mechanical and the finally sent someone at 7pm on Sunday. I tried to diagnose the problem myself by using the internet and was able to find the reason why? The guys used automobile parts and other brand furnace units to patch my new home furnace together??

It's a 105 degrees and of course the AC went out. Tom Tarla and team (shout out to TJ) jumped on helping. They got me up and running quickly. Thanks!!!
Also said although my unit is quite old, it doesn't need to change yet. I appreciate the honesty greatly.

This company installed the HVAC system in our new home. Coming up on 2 years one of the AC units stopped working. I called to schedule them to come out. I called them on June 13th and the earliest they could send somebody out there was Middle to late July. They told me the service charge would be $109 and that the units were not under the service warranty and we would have to pay for any parts.
I called another company and they sent out a technician the next day and the service charge was $85. He swapped out the capacitor and said he would submit the paperwork to get reimbursed out for the part. So all I had to pay was the service call.
This company works for the builders and once you are out of the builder warranty they do not want to deal with consumers.

My four year old Carrier AC went out yesterday - seems to be a compressor problem. It's still under the 5yr hardware warranty, but CASA, who did the install for DR Horton (and confirmed this by address) will no longer provide service to them since they're outside the labor warranty. I'd have been fine paying the labor, but CASA refused to send anyone out, stating they're only working on units with labor warranty remaining. Caveat emptor.
