UPDATE: I RECOMMENT THIS COMPANY (with feedback)

After the bed interaction I had earlier with the representative on the phone. I finally got the plumber in my house. Ryan was really attentive and knowledgeable, he was very professional and tried to solve all of our issues. A few issues are still not solved and he said he will follow up with us as soon as he can have all the details. Which seems reasonable. For the good manners and service he showed during the appointment I feel like the interaction I had with the phone lady was outshined by the service. For that reason I'm bumping the review from a 1-star review to a 4-star review.

NOT A GOOD COMPANY
I am extremely disappointed on the way this company handle its customers. We were referred to this company by our construction manager and I call them to set up an appointment. I was given a window from 8 AM to noon to have a plumber come to our house check our plumbing issues. The plumber never came in the appointed time. After I call, a very disrespectful lady said that they had a plumber absent that day and that our appointment was delayed. Which is completely understandable, but she, nor any other person from CMS called me to let me know that they weren't coming in the time frame THEY scheduled. When I inquired about the lack of communication and that I had lost already a whole morning of work, and that I couldn't wait indefinitely until they showed up she told me that that wasn't her problem, I complained about that situation and she very rudely transferred me to a manager (Jerry Marquez) who never answered his phone. I called 3 times after that with no response. The disregard for my time is very disappointing. I am filing a complaint with our construction company as well. IF YOU HAVE THE CHOICE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have used them numerous times for service and they are the best I have used. They were also the most reasonable in pricing for really good equipment. Recently I used them for new construction and again I was not disappointed. They always show up when they say they will and their quality is second to none. Seems to be a rare quality today but not with Casa.

OK, an update. After my negative post I was contacted by Casa and directed to one of their service managers. He organized their team to come check out my issue. The team that came out was on time and very professional. They reviewed my duct work and made an adjustment to solve my problem. This work was done as warranty service. In conclusion, Casa seem very professional and capable, but their service process can be improved.

Casa Mechanical Services is family owned and operated and they provide knowledgeable, top quality service! We use them for all our plumbing as well as heating and air conditioning needs and service. My husband and I have been satisfied customers for over 25 years in Georgetown and Marble Falls!

Several days ago ,Tuesday night to be exact I had an air conditioner failure ( NOT the fault of Casa / manufacturing defect ) .I called around 7 P.M. and the next morning Tony showed up found the problem in about two minutes and then put in a temporary fix. By Thursday Tom Tarla had the part (which looked like a small truck in size) and his crew spent 3.5 hours to do the repair. They were great. Very polite , professional , left the house clean and best of all they really checked out the installation to make certain everything was in working order. Doesn't get any better.

Casa Mechanical installed AC in the house I purchased 2 years ago, it's been constant problem with the AC since then. No support, terrible communication skills, very unprofessional company. Surprised they are still in business. Just called them today saying their AC is blowing hot air again - their response: "we can send you someone next week". I would love to give them 1/2 star if I could.

My situation was a complicated one and Evan and team handled it in an honest and professional manner. Evan was easy to communicate with and made sure that I had all the information needed for me to make the best choice for my home's AC needs. I am grateful to him and his team and I am very much enjoying my new AC unit, especially in this Texas heat!

These guys are the definition of professional! They helped me put central A/C and heat in a home built in 1922 where only window units had been used. Evan was incredibly knowledgeable and never skipped a beat from start to finish. Now I've got the coldest Casa in Old Town, thanks Casa Mechanical!

They are trustworthy as they have always come through in servicing my plumbing needs from my new construction home to my current home. I strongly recommend them Mr. Marquez has always gone out of his way to ensure that any plumbing/work is done correctly and covered under warranty. You would think that this business after installing and servicing my HVAC AC unit for the past 10 years and spending thousands of $$$ they would be able to service my AC unit blowing hot air during 100'f heat wave this week. But after calling was told would be 1 1/2 - 2 weeks before service. I am now officially DONE with Casa mechanical. Thank god Lakeway ac was able to service same day and fix for a very fair price and professional recommendations for possible future problems.
