Established in October 1981 in Ithaca, NY, initially offering painting, miscellaneous tasks, and repair services. Transitioned to Burdett, NY in 1985. We shifted to Trumansburg, NY in January 1990. Throughout the 90s, we became a recognized commercial and residential construction specialty installer across 11 northeastern U.S. states. In December 1992, I married, purchased a home, and settled in Lodi, NY. We became incorporated in September 1997. Between 1997 and 2003, our primary focus was construction management. In 1997, we became a local employer, specializing in residential renovations from Lodi, NY. Initially started in October 1981, focusing on painting and repairs as a sole proprietor. In 1991, we expanded into commercial installations for retailers and manufacturers, eventually covering 11 states in the Northeast. Wanting to prioritize family, we shifted back to local residential remodeling in 1997, incorporating and starting to hire and train employees. Today, we focus on interior remodeling, especially kitchens and bathrooms, along with historical restoration projects.
