Founded in October 1981 in Ithaca, NY as a sole proprietor focusing on painting, odd jobs, and handyman services. Transitioned to Burdett, NY in 1985. In January 1990, we established ourselves in Trumansburg, NY. Throughout the 90s, we became a recognized commercial and residential construction specialty installer across 11 northeastern U.S. states. In December 1992, I tied the knot, acquired a home, and relocated to Lodi, NY. In September 1997, we officially incorporated. Between 1997 and 2003, our primary focus was construction management. We transitioned to being a local employer in 1997, focusing on residential remodeling from Lodi, NY. Started in October 1981, concentrating on painting and repairs as a single proprietor. In 1991, we began offering commercial installations for retailers and manufacturers, reaching 11 states in the Northeast. Wanting to prioritize family, we shifted back to local residential remodeling in 1997, incorporating and starting to hire and train employees. Today, our expertise lies in interior remodeling, with a focus on kitchens and bathrooms, and we also handle historical restoration projects.
