I've done business with Mike and his team since we moved to Escondido (RSP) back in 2016 for all of my plumbing issues, and he's always been professional, fair and considerate. He does quality work and stands behind it. My neighbor recommended him to me originally, and I've not been disappointed. I contacted him last night about a leaking water heater (leaking all over my garage floor), and he contacted me first thing and came right out even though he was pretty backed up and squeezed me in due to the urgency, and which would have been completely understandable if he couldn't make it.
