I contacted Carroll plumbing to fix a slab leak. Max was able to arrive the same day I called. He performed leak detection and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Max was able to reroute our hot water pipes to fix the issue. He went above and beyond his duties for the reroute to fix another issue that was noted.

Mike was easy to contact and maintained great communication, which is lacking skill of many contractors these days! I would without a doubt recommend Carroll plumbing to anyone I know.

Carroll Plumbing was nothing short of outstanding. I called Carroll Plumbing on a Saturday to request a cost estimate. While they are not open on Saturday's Mike returned my call, answered all my questions and offered alternatives for me to consider. I send Mike (via text) a couple of pictures of the area in need of repair to aid him in his cost estimate. He responded promptly with a fair price the phone and he stuck to it. Carroll's plumber arrived on Monday at the previously arranged on time. The plumber (Max) was extremely courteous, professional and thorough. The workmanship was beyond reproach! Highly recommended! Mike and team came in promptly after another company had failed to diagnose and complete a job totaling 5-6 hours over the course of 2 visits. Mike came in and within 30 minutes had the problem figured out and was finished in half the time the other company was out for and charged me 50% of what I paid another company to leave me in the exact same place I started. I will be using Carroll Plumbing in the future if the need ever arises and will recommend to family and friends. Thanks again guys!

Mike came to hook up a natural gas grill. It was easy to make an appointment and he arrived on time, explained what needs to be done and options I had, he took care of the job, and explained to me how to safely use the system afterwards. Highly recommended and reasonably-priced!

Took us a while - and some less than favorable experiences with other plumbers - but we finally found our guys - Carroll Plumbing. Mike Carroll & Bobby fixed 3 leaks and (without our asking) shored up some pipes that another plumber had left hanging loosely and therefore subject to breaking. They also reset 2 toilets that another plumber had installed incorrectly, and did some other stuff we can't recall. Mike & Bobby put their heads down & worked hard. They were here a couple hours. Total bill (parts & labor) was less than $400.
