Carroll Plumbing sent a plumber up to the house today to fix a shower cartridge that was stuck in the ON position. With water flowing, I needed someone quickly. I haven't been at the house long, so I don't know the plumbing yet. The rep that came up was Jevat, he was very kind and knowledgeable. He had it fixed in about 15 minutes. He had his custom tools with him that made it a quick job. The cost was a little much, being a pre-set $250 to replace one cartridge, but I think that is just the way plumbing rates are these days. I will definitely use them again.

I had had someone from a home warranty company (I've since cancelled) come out a couple of years ago for the same problem. Night and day difference. Had a pretty significant leak at my kitchen faucet that needed more than my (limited) DIY skills could handle. The previous homeowner cut some serious corners with the initial kitchen reno, which led to my problem. Mike was recommended by several neighbors, so I gave him a call.

Mike responded quickly, and had his tech., Jevat (who was wonderful), at the house in less than 24 hours. Problem solved and for a very reasonable price. I'll be calling Carroll Plumbing for all plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommend.

I called Mike for repair of a leak that I had under the concrete slab on my driveway. The job was difficult, required cutting + jackhammer the concret & digging a 4-ft deep ditch to find the leak and perform repairs. They did an extremely good job, with excellent results. I was extremely pleased. Mike addressed all my questions and did everything I had requested, and more to perfection. I could not have asked for anything more. Came across Carroll Plumbing online after finding out I needed to have a pressure reducing valve replaced. Spoke with Mike over the phone and he was very helpful and spent time to understand the problem. He sent out a technician for a quote. John showed up and again spent time to talk through the problem and also provided a quote on the spot for the work. John also suggested and offered some additional changes to improve accessibility and convenience. Their quote was very competitive!

John returned for the install and was again very thorough and professional. We ended up deciding to make a few small additions to the project. John provided a price for the addition and Carroll Plumbing was able to accommodate these changes with ease. Invoice was right on with the estimate plus the additions. No hidden fees or charges.

Mike and his team are seasoned pros. Our twenty five year old house needed new hose bibs, pressure regulator, water heater, bathroom tub drains and fixtures. All work was completed quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. Mike was quick to respond to a slab water leak and rerouted the hot water line through the second story.
