Had a leaky pressure valve and had it and a new shutoff valve replaced by Jevat from Carroll plumbing. He did an excellent job and was friendly and professional. I noticed a leak from the faucet directly above the pressure valve a couple of days later, so I gave Carroll plumbing a call back. Spoke with Mike, told him the issue, and he had Javet out within 30 minutes to check it out. Javet replaced the soldered faucet with a screw-on extension that I can easily replace in the future. Best of all, he did not charge me for any of it. Very pleased with this business and its people. They are fair and strive to maintain customer loyalty. Highly recommended. Mark W.

I needed to replace our water heater which failed. Mike Carroll was one of the few people that actually called me back. He was able to get me in the following morning ahead of others to get the problem fixed. Jevad was the plumber that came on site and he took time to explain what needed to be done. In addition when the previous water heater was installed the plumbing was done correctly and Jevad pointed out why. In any event Jevad replaced the water heater, cleaned up the plumbing and tested everything to make sure there were no leaks. We tried to use one of the original shut off valves but it kept leaking. Jevad tried a couple of times to see if he could fix to save us some money. But I just said replace it with a new valve. Extremely happy with the quality of work and attention to details.

Thankful for these guys! One of my toilets would not flush properly and it was getting progressively worse. Jevat and John came out to diagnose the problem the same day I. called. They initially used the auger and explained there might be some root growth in the way.
When they removed the toilet, their suspicion was confirmed. They removed 5+ feet of root growth!!! Holy moly. I just about keeled over! I couldn't believe my eyes.
They cleaned everything out, used salt to kill the roots and properly sealed everything to make sure the roots don't grow back. The toilet was reinstalled and everything works perfectly. The price was super reasonable. Thank you!
