I needed a small job done on my guest bathroom. I was told they would be out there between 8-10am the next day. At 9am the next day, a guy called and said the guy who was supposed to show blew off work that day. He said he was working on a remodel but would be over by me between 12-3pm. He didn't sound too happy that he had to take my job. I sat around my house waiting for them all day. By 4pm with no show and no call, I texted him that he was fired and don't bother showing up. I then called DND Plumbing who believes in customer service. Their communication is stellar. They are great guys, do great work, and treat people fairly. Why is it so hard to find a company like that. Thumbs down RCarr, thumbs up DND.

Very satisfied with quick and fine quality service. Bill was very professional and knowledgeable replacing the kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. Very polite and explained the job clearly. Would definitely use this company again.

I scheduled an appointment with this company and they forgot to put me on the calendar before giving the spot to someone else. To make it up to me they said they would have someone over that same day. Spent 4 hours waiting and no one showed up. They then didn't even have the courtesy to call the next day to apologize. Too many plumbers out there to settle for these jokers. I ended up going to Home Depot and bought the replacement part for my hot water heater and replaced it myself. Do yourself a favor and YouTube it and put places like this out of business.

I have no idea why this company doesn't have more reviews. I've used R Carr Plumbing since relocating to Clearwater from Miami in 1982. There is no reason to call anyone else. Prompt, courteous, honest and always a fair price. Always fixed right the first time!!!

Had a tech, Joe H, come out on Memorial Day Sunday. He was in a great mood and very professional. Didn't mind working the weekends from what I could tell; top notch fellow. He worked with me to unclog a main line, asked a few questions after some investigation (I have 2 big dogs so he wasn't able to come in and out of the house). Using my information, he did his thing from the roof and got the problem solved. The prices were a bit higher since it was a holiday weekend, which I expected since no other companies were on call. Joe was very up front about the price and I ended up paying exactly what he quoted me on the initial phone call. No issues whatsoever on my end. Extremely happy I can use the toilets for my Memorial Day party! I saw some negative feedback on here before I called, but I always take Yelp reviews with a grain of salt as this site tends to attract complainers ;) R Carr is A-OK in my book and I'd use them again without hesitation. Happy Memorial Day, cheers to our veterans!
