OK...so we have had 5 slab leaks in less then 7 months and yes, a great company always found the leaks.......drilling through our tile/hardwood floor under the slab each and every time. Then we got our regular plumber, good guy to fix the leaks. And yes, we had a great contractor to repair the floor. $1,000 out of pocket each time. The 6rh leak, the expert leak detector said he would not drill through the travertine bathroom floor....until I researched an alternative plan. He said, research slab leaks on the web and then contract with a good company to repipe your home (8,000 sq feet with 5 bathrooms). 5 estimates and 3 weeks later we chose R Carr Plumbing. They were NOT the least expensive or the most expensive but Greg their rep, seemed to have all the right answers w/o just trying to get us to sign.He made us feel special and took the time to explain every thing that would be happening. The clincher was talking to Rodney, the owner...fantastic man that really seem to care about who he sends to each and every home. A week later we chose R Carr The following week, 2 of the best techs that ever set foot in our home arrived at 8 AM ready to work. They worked every day till 3 PM (when the attic got over 110 degrees), w/o taking breaks, lunch or sitting around. 8 business days later, they still showed up at 8 AM, was so very careful about everything in our home,cleaned up after themselves every day , treated us like """"real people"""" and not just another job. If I could give Wally & Dr J 10 stars I would....best guys ever that did work in our home. Over the top as Greg was. They did exactly what Greg indicated....over the top! Finished the job , and get this, 3 days later then the estimate indicated but did not try to charge me even $1.00 more.....now that's one fantastic owner that does the job the right way. And if they, do this big job like this I can only imagine how they feel about a small plumbing job. For me, there is no better company anywhere. A huge thanks, for leaving our home just as clean as you found it the very first day. Wally, Dr J and Craig can knock on our door for a cold drink anytime. I scheduled an appointment with this company and they forgot to put me on the calendar before giving the spot to someone else. To make it up to me they said they would have someone over that same day. Spent 4 hours waiting and no one showed up. They then didn't even have the courtesy to call the next day to apologize. Too many plumbers out there to settle for these jokers. I ended up going to Home Depot and bought the replacement part for my hot water heater and replaced it myself. Do yourself a favor and YouTube it and put places like this out of business.

Second experience with Bob from Carr and both were outstanding. From first call to finished jobs, have nothing but good to say about this company and highly recommend both the company and technician.

Don't waste your time. These guys came out and looked at the work, agreed to do it on a set date then blew me off. No call, nothing. I call them, twice. No return call. Nothing. At least call me and say you are too busy for only a couple thousand dollars worth of work. They gave zero fucks, if I could give zero stars I would.. I did get a call back today, too late...

Great service! Arrived in time, quote was exact to charge. Konstantine, was pleasant and funny and Brian was a great help. They did a good job in a fair amount of time - so happy to take a hot shower again!

Had a leak in the garage floor plumbing... Very talented man came out within an hour found a leak and repaired it. Courteous and definitely affordable! I will call them again in a heartbeat.

I needed a small job done on my guest bathroom. I was told they would be out there between 8-10am the next day. At 9am the next day, a guy called and said the guy who was supposed to show blew off work that day. He said he was working on a remodel but would be over by me between 12-3pm. He didn't sound too happy that he had to take my job. I sat around my house waiting for them all day. By 4pm with no show and no call, I texted him that he was fired and don't bother showing up. I then called DND Plumbing who believes in customer service. Their communication is stellar. They are great guys, do great work, and treat people fairly. Why is it so hard to find a company like that. Thumbs down RCarr, thumbs up DND.

We had several things to fix at our house, clogged drainpipes, kitchen faucet & sink, outside spigot, etc. Justin from J Carr Plumbing arrived exactly as scheduled and did a spectacular job. Justin did not waist time, he got right to it, very friendly and professional. The cost was very fair. They were highly recommended to me and now I will highly recommend them to everyone.
