I had a major, dirty water leak 2 weeks before vacation. Once again, Caron Plumbing did not disappoint. I had an urgent request to replace two long sections of pipes after the restoration company cut away my drywall, cleaned and dried my place. Caron Plumbing was on top of the repair, always on time and always clean and professional. They leave my place better looking than when they arrive and prices are reasonable. I have found ""my plumber"".

I came home from vacation to find a waterfall coming from my smoke detector! Called Caron Plumbing immediately. They were kind enough to quote me over the phone a very reasonable price after I explained what I thought was the problem. He arrived on time, was very kind and courteous and fixed the leak in one hour! What impresses me most about Caron Plumbing is their honesty (among many other attributes). After he finished cleaning my bathroom, he said the quote was not accurate and proceeded to give me an invoice for half the quote! This is the second time I've used Caron Plumbing, but definitely not the last! (I am a single female and feel very comfortable having them in my house and I don't feel they will take advantage of me with the final cost.)

This is my first review on Yelp, but I wanted to let people know how great Caron Plumbing is. The few times I have called, I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for an appointment & they always arrive when they say. Their attention to detail and their thoroughness makes me feel like once the problem has been taken care of - it won't reoccur. I would highly recommend them!!

Water heater went out. Eddy came to our house said we needed a new one. Ordered the parts got the approval from our home warranty co and installed it next day. Eddy was great. Professional efficient ...the work was done with care. Thanks again!!

Let me start out by saying, I had no hot water. Yeah, that's kind of a big deal when you're faced with taking cold showers until it's repaired. I was initially referred to another unnamed plumbing company by my home warranty company. A technician came out, took less than five minutes to assess the situation and said they would need to call Whirlpool, order parts, and they would be back in touch with me. Two days later, I receive a phone call from this same lame plumbing company, and they were asking me if my water heater had been repaired. Negative, I said, and I was asked if I would take a picture of the front of my water heater, so that they would know what parts to order. So, two days have passed and no parts have been ordered? Today is Saturday, and now you want me to take pictures? Why, I ask, did the tech not take pictures when he was out here two days ago? The earliest parts can be ordered is Monday, two days from today? To that, the tech said ""I'll call you back."" Of course, there was no return phone call. Monday and Tuesday, the home warranty company called this plumbing company six times, while I called twice. Not a single message was returned.

Of course, I was skeptical when the home warranty company asked if I could start over with another plumbing company. I was now at day eight with no hot water. Completely frustrated, I agreed to abandon the first company and Jarrod Caron was referred to me. Jarrod from Caron Plumbing was in a word...AWESOME! He treated my water heater problem with a sense of urgency. He came by and spent almost a full hour diagnosing the problem. He noted that most of the time, a problem like mine involved replacing one wire. Jarrod had one in his truck and proceeded to change the wire. When that failed, he got on the phone to Whirlpool and ordered the part he needed and had it overnighted to me. Jarrod asked me to let him know when the part arrived, and said he would arrange his schedule to accommodate the repair of my water heater. Within 30 MINUTES of receiving the part from UPS, Jarrod was at my house repairing my water heater! Wow! Wow, wow, wow!

I now have hot water, and I have to say I am beyond impressed! It's not that the first company was THAT bad, it's that Jarrod from Caron Plumbing was THAT good! Will he get my business in the future? Of course! I have already referred him to a neighbor and I now have a plumber for life!!!

Caron Plumbing & Drains came to my rescue today! My master bath tub fixture was frozen.

Jarrod was kind, informative and provided very competitive pricing for a fixture replacement job on my master bathroom shower/tub. He also stated I might just need a simple valve replacement. He sent out Eddie, a very knowledgeable and skilled plumbing technician.

Eddie arrived promptly and was very attentive to answer any questions fully and respectfully. He was a real pro, breezing through a valve replacement that prevented me from having to replace all of my fixtures thereby saving me hundreds of dollars!

Caron Plumbing is definitely trustworthy!

Their kindness, professionalism, integrity and efficiency was experienced from the first call all the way through to the finish of the quick service call.

They really care about giving you what is best for you, they treat you like a good friend. They are top notch all around, I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!
