Let me start out by saying, I had no hot water. Yeah, that's kind of a big deal when you're faced with taking cold showers until it's repaired. I was initially referred to another unnamed plumbing company by my home warranty company. A technician came out, took less than five minutes to assess the situation and said they would need to call Whirlpool, order parts, and they would be back in touch with me. Two days later, I receive a phone call from this same lame plumbing company, and they were asking me if my water heater had been repaired. Negative, I said, and I was asked if I would take a picture of the front of my water heater, so that they would know what parts to order. So, two days have passed and no parts have been ordered? Today is Saturday, and now you want me to take pictures? Why, I ask, did the tech not take pictures when he was out here two days ago? The earliest parts can be ordered is Monday, two days from today? To that, the tech said ""I'll call you back."" Of course, there was no return phone call. Monday and Tuesday, the home warranty company called this plumbing company six times, while I called twice. Not a single message was returned.

Of course, I was skeptical when the home warranty company asked if I could start over with another plumbing company. I was now at day eight with no hot water. Completely frustrated, I agreed to abandon the first company and Jarrod Caron was referred to me. Jarrod from Caron Plumbing was in a word...AWESOME! He treated my water heater problem with a sense of urgency. He came by and spent almost a full hour diagnosing the problem. He noted that most of the time, a problem like mine involved replacing one wire. Jarrod had one in his truck and proceeded to change the wire. When that failed, he got on the phone to Whirlpool and ordered the part he needed and had it overnighted to me. Jarrod asked me to let him know when the part arrived, and said he would arrange his schedule to accommodate the repair of my water heater. Within 30 MINUTES of receiving the part from UPS, Jarrod was at my house repairing my water heater! Wow! Wow, wow, wow!

I now have hot water, and I have to say I am beyond impressed! It's not that the first company was THAT bad, it's that Jarrod from Caron Plumbing was THAT good! Will he get my business in the future? Of course! I have already referred him to a neighbor and I now have a plumber for life!!!

Caron Plumbing & Drains came to my rescue today! My master bath tub fixture was frozen.

Jarrod was kind, informative and provided very competitive pricing for a fixture replacement job on my master bathroom shower/tub. He also stated I might just need a simple valve replacement. He sent out Eddie, a very knowledgeable and skilled plumbing technician.

Eddie arrived promptly and was very attentive to answer any questions fully and respectfully. He was a real pro, breezing through a valve replacement that prevented me from having to replace all of my fixtures thereby saving me hundreds of dollars!

Caron Plumbing is definitely trustworthy!

Their kindness, professionalism, integrity and efficiency was experienced from the first call all the way through to the finish of the quick service call.

We were put in contact with Caron plumbing through our home warranty company. Jarrod came out a couple of times for 2 different reason. Jarrod arrived on time and was very friendly on both occasions. The first time was minor but the second time we found out we needed a new water heater. Jarrod came out a third time and installed the water heater quickly. So far the water heater is working great and we are very happy with the work. Jarrod answered all of our questions and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Caron Plumbing

Not sure about the good reviews here. My experience wasn't that great. I was put in contact with them by my home warranty company through a claim. Caron came out at the end of Dec and fixed my kitchen sink. While they were at my place, I decided to show them my bathroom faucet that wasn't operating correctly. The guy graciously offered to add the fixing of this faucet to my existing claim. He took a picture of my faucet so he knew what parts he needed and he went on his merry way.

Three weeks go by and I here nothing back. I call them and Fidelity. Caron has no record of the faucet situation. I ask for Caron multiple times to please have the technician look at his cell phone pictures for his pictures the day he visited. They can't do this.... they have to come back out to take another picture. Great way to extend things and make them more complicated for their customer, but whatever.

The guy comes out, albeit, outside of the scheduled time. He takes a picture again. A few later Caron tries to call me a few times. Now, this is the part that is partially my fault..... and is the ONLY reason they are getting 2 stars. I got very crazy busy with work and couldn't accommodate the times they had open. About a month lapsed, and the claim was cancelled without my knowledge.

I call them a few weeks later to finally to be able to reschedule. They insisted on collecting the service fee immediately....which I paid. I then had a major emergency the day I rescheduled for. I called them that morning to cancel. And they showed up anyway! And because I wasn't there, they immediately canceled my claim. So basically, they had there money.... no reason to try to reschedule with me. They pretty much took the money and ran.

I call a few weeks later to reschedule and that is when I am told they cancelled my claim because they showed up and I wasn't home. I told them I absolutely called to cancel and I was advised they would ""never"" make mistake like that and had no record of my phone call. I insisted I canceled and they blatantly did not believe me. I cursed ONCE and then I got repeated warnings about my profanity.... oh brother. She insisted there was no record of my phone call, which was just BS. I sent Caron a copy of my cell records showing there was a 3 minute phone call to them the morning of our appt. So clearly.... there was some kind of conversation. I mean, what could have we discussed.... the weather?? I called and cancelled, but that is not believed.

Here is the bottom line, if Caron had done their job in the beginning like they should have.... it could of avoided a tremendous amount of aggravation. They could of installed the faucet in the second visit instead of having to take another picture. And if they had canceled, like I requested.... they would have avoided me having to write this long review.

Long story short, make sure you get everything they say in writing via email and use email to track your claim. They have no memory and if, something falls through, they will blame it on their customer. Don't make a payment until the work is fully done

Work, yes. He checked my drains, fixed my garbage disposer, pinned down the problem. Its all fixed! Looks better than before.
