Carolina Plumbers made the trip from Oahu to Maui to service our Rheem water heater. As there were no authorized technicians on Maui, Rheem reached out to Carolina Plumbers for the service call. We found Carolina Plumbers and Patrick to be courteous and professional, and best of all, they followed through on their promises and their communication was excellent. I recently had a kitchen sink and faucet installed by Patrick with Carolina Plumbing, and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. I found Carolina Plumbing through Lowe's, but ultimately hired them privately because Lowe's didn't carry the specific sink I needed. Patrick came to my home to inspect my old sink before I ordered a new sink because I wasn't sure what size or specs I needed for my home. I am really glad I did this step because I needed a very specific sink in order to fit a garbage disposal and filtered water system. Once I received my new sink and faucet I called Carolina Plumbing, not Lowe's, and scheduled installation. We even had a difficult sink removal because whoever installed our old sink used gorilla glue to secure the sink to the quartz counters. The new sink and faucet are in place and look incredible. I couldn't be happier, thank you Patrick for doing such an amazing job!

After my first positive experience, I re-hired this company to fix a leak in the master bathroom shower and change all of the fixtures. Patrick gave a very reasonable quote and worked very hard to complete the job. Extremely professional and courteous. Will definitely hire again in the near future for my other bathroom shower!

My water heater stopped working and started leaking. It is covered under warranty by American Home Shield, which referred me to Carolina Plumbers. After 9 hrs of waiting for Carolina Plumbers to return my message, they tell me they are unable to service my water heater for over a week. I asked them to let American Home Shield know so they can provide me with another Plumbing company but apparently they did not follow through. This company is very difficult to reach by phone and not very responsive by voicemail and emails from myself and American Home Shield.

Our old water heater gave out this week. Stopped at Lowe's this afternoon to buy a new one and a few hours later, Patrick called saying he could install our new water heater this evening!! I thought we could be taking cold showers for a week. Kudos to Carolina Plumbing for delighting this family who's already back to warm showers the same day as purchased!
