Bought an over range microwave from Lowe's and Carolina Plumbers was the contractor for haul away and install. They called when they said they would, arrived in the quoted window time, and were professional and very polite. Our kitchen was a mess and the contractor worked around it. He insisted on cleaning up the wood shavings from drilling into the wall, even after we told him not to worry we would take care of it. Super nice and quick. Thinking of hiring them privately for a few other projects.

I purchased a new natural gas water heater through Lowe's and Carolina Plumbers was assigned to my project for pick up, installation and haul away. I got patrick and from reading the comments on here, he's the owner! Patrick arrived earlier than I expected. He arrived within the hours that I was advised. I got to know Patrick a bit while talking stories during his installation, really nice guy! He took his time but at the same time was fast and efficient. After my first positive experience, I re-hired this company to fix a leak in the master bathroom shower and change all of the fixtures. Very professional and followed safety guidelines - properly wore face mask, used gloves and social distanced. Patrick did a great job explaining what he was going to do and completed the job within his proposed time. Very reasonable on cost. He was also able to modify the existing lines to accommodate the taller tank. Also disposed of the old heater! Thank you Patrick for saving us from cold showers!

We recently had a new Rheem water heater installed (purchased at Home Depot and installed by Home Depot Contractor) last month. Hot water stopped coming out of all faucets and shower. I called Rheem customer service who contracted out to Carolina Plumbers. Patrick from Carolina Plumbers called me right away and set up an appointment to my house the next morning at 7 am. He arrived on time and took less than a minute to see the cause of my problem. He replaced an 25 year old broken hot water heater intake valve and we had hot water flowing again. Patrick was very friendly explaining what needed to be done and he was very competitive with pricing. I'm going to use Patrick for all my plumbing needs going forward. I highly recommend him!
