Our old water heater gave out this week. Stopped at Lowe's this afternoon to buy a new one and a few hours later, Patrick called saying he could install our new water heater this evening!! I thought we could be taking cold showers for a week. Kudos to Carolina Plumbing for delighting this family who's already back to warm showers the same day as purchased! Much mahalo Patrick, for your promptness, quality work, courtesy, and good conversation! I love our new water heater and will think of you for future plumbing needs.

Highly recommend Patrick of Carolina Plumbers. He just replaced a leaking kitchen faucet for us and he did a beautiful job! He is a very experienced, professional, knowledgeable and gifted plumber. Our condo unit is quite old and the faucet replacement was not an easy job. Patrick was kind, patient, careful, efficient, and he cleaned the entire area before leaving. We are going to have him come replace our Angle stops next. Thank you!!!

I had leaks in three 3 1/2 gallon toilets and sink faucets in my bathrooms for a long time. I was not happy with any plumbers sent by AHS and requested for another. It turned out that Patrick at Carolina Plumbers was also the installer for my dishwasher purchased at Lowes. I know his professional work and I decided to replace all my fixtures and toilets with new ones by Patrick. Not only was Patrick prompt, courteous and professional, he also replaced everything by himself in one day. Patrick also resolved my headache with a sink with no shut off valve and reversed hot & cold water lines in one bathroom. He is a skilled plumber who works on mainland time - he's responsive; you won't ever have to wait weeks for a quote, a call back or never at all. The old 3 1/2 gallon toilets are very heavy but because he's in shape, he was able to lift them down from the second story in my house. I doubt an over-weight plumber without an additional helper (and a lot more money) would be able to accomplish what he did today. Patrick is very reasonable with pricing and he's reliable. I will definitely ask him to help with my renovation in the future. My cost is partially from Lowe's 40% off installation offer and Patrick is Lowe's preferred installer.

We recently had a new Rheem water heater installed (purchased at Home Depot and installed by Home Depot Contractor) last month. Hot water stopped coming out of all faucets and shower. I called Rheem customer service who contracted out to Carolina Plumbers. Patrick from Carolina Plumbers called me right away and set up an appointment to my house the next morning at 7 am. He arrived on time and took less than a minute to see the cause of my problem. He replaced an 25 year old broken hot water heater intake valve and we had hot water flowing again. Patrick was very friendly explaining what needed to be done and he was very competitive with pricing. I'm going to use Patrick for all my plumbing needs going forward. I highly recommend him!

Awful first impression! The woman who answered their phone said ""hello??"" without stating the name of the business, so I had to clarify that I was actually calling Carolina Plumbers. Then after a few minutes when I had more questions and suggested a potential solution to my issue, she cut me off saying she had other calls coming in and couldn't talk to me anymore and literally hung up on me when I was still speaking. I was so surprised and shocked that anyone in customer service would treat someone in that way. I have empathy for her that she might be having a terrible day, but everyone is going through something - there are a lot of things she could have done or said, including that she'd just call me right back to solve my issue! She was such an incredibly unprofessional person representing their business that I feel bad for whoever hired her. If she's the owner, then I will never use them again and have already started telling friends about this awful experience through Hawaii's word-of-mouth ""coconut wireless."" I also called Lowe's back to ask that they remove them from their recommended installer list, since it also makes Lowe's look terrible.

I purchased a new dishwasher from Lowe's and they contracted delivery and installation to Carolina Plumbers. I couldn't be happier with the results. I'll definitely call Carolina Plumbers in the future when I need something done.

Carolina Plumbers is one of the contract service providers used by Lowes. I purchased a replacement garbage disposal from Lowes and included their installation service. Total cost was $270.00. They called right away to set up an appt. Patrick was the plumber who came to do the work. He was a friendly and experienced professional plumber who did the work quickly with a smile. His work exceeded my expectations. I will definitely call them again if a plumbing need arises.
