Also Advertises as a Plumbing company found out they do not actually do plumbing but subcontracts outside company and overcharges they should stick to heating and cooling and not have plumbing included in their advertisement. And they do not charge by the hour once on property they charge for each repair and extreme amount $2300 for a six hour job at over $300 per hour never heard of such a thing. need to check out their Google map reviews To get the full story that I posted

We had a contract with another company to repair a down Carrier system. The other company came out took our system apart said they had to get parts from Carrier --- would be about a week. In the meantime, unknown to us, CCC absorbed the company we were dealing with. After about 2 weeks of not hearing from our old company I called the company and they informed me of the transition. I was able to get the service man we had been dealing with on the phone and he said that under the circumstances he could no longer legally do work for us. He did say, however that he had informed CCC about the job and the open account and he would remind them about it and have them call me. Another week or ten days passes -- Crickets. I have called a couple times and have had No response. This all started at the front of our cold front Before Thanksgiving!!!!! It is now 4-January, we STILL HAVE NO HEAT AND IT's GETTING COLD. So, would I recommend this company -- HELL No!!!!! I'd recommend staying as far away as you can.

We called Carolina Climate because our compressor on our roof unit froze up. They sent a man out and he did an analysis and said that he was absolutely certain that the thermal expansion valve TXV was defective and needed to be replaced. the part was under warranty but the labor cost, approximately 4 hrs, and that included a lb or two of freon, if needed , the cost between $1600 and $1800 plus tax. This unit is 5 years old, so we called a second company to come in for a second opinion. they found that the duct work had separated from the trunk line and that had caused the machine room to get so cold that it froze out the lines on the compressor. they repaired the problem and the cost was $300. I would strongly urge anybody looking for an HVAC company to consider carefully using this company. the man who delivered the bad news,""""replace the TXV for almost $2000"""", was so sincere and believable that we, seasoned homeowners were fooled. beware and spread the word.

Great company. Reliable and pretty quick to come out to fix the problem. We've had several different techs come to our house and each one of them takes pride in finding the problem and fixing it. We call them exclusively for our heating and cooling needs.

These guys are the best! Marshall and his crew have been servicing my restaurant every month for a year now. They come in before we open, get straight to work and knock out the jobs. The rare issue we did have Marshall was on it like white on rice-with a dash of hot sauce and BAM problem was solved! In all seriousness, definitely would recommend Carolina climate control for anyone needing service. They're honest and hard working, I totally trust Marshall and his crew with all of our equipment.

Marshall is awesome and made replacing our HVAC (not typically known as a """"fun"""" project) a piece of cake. We knew we'd have to replace it this year and it started acting up, so we started calling around. We got quotes from 3 companies and Marshall was not only the best priced, but also the friendliest and most thorough in asking questions to be sure he was giving us the right options. He was incredibly knowledgeable as well. They did a great job with the installation and we are nice and toasty in our house again. Air conditioning guy was great, plumber left a lot to be desired not very knowledgeable I ended up fixing the faucet in my kitchen sink myself way to expensive and took 2 weeks to get a proper quote for the repairs

Called on Wednesday and they were out on Thursday to take a look at my AC unit. Ray found the problem very quickly told me that a wire had burned out and that he would replace it. Before he left the house was already starting to feel better and we were very grateful to not have to sleep in an 85 Degree house another night. Ray was very personable and obviously knowledgeable plus our dogs really liked him which is a tall tale sign anyways. I thought it was a bit expensive to replace a wire at 280 bucks but based off the reviews on here I knew they were the right company because it seems like this is a place that has integrity and great craftsmanship. Will definitely use them moving forward
