I have used Carns Rooter for the last several years and it pays to have a professional complete the work. I got tired of hiring handyman doing work on my house with Home Depot products that would not last. I was referred to Carns Rooter by a friend of mine who used to own a plumbing supply business and told me to call Bernie. I have also referred Carns to several of my clients and they have been very satisfied with the work completed. I was not happy with the toilets in our new home. Bernie shared what he thought I would meet our needs and we could not be happier. When my wife says I am glad you have Bernie do the work on our house it makes me happy. Because a Happy Wife is a Happy Life. You may pay a little more for a professional at the time of service but when the work is completed and you have years of problem free issues you Never remember how much you paid. My Grandmother who lived during the Great Depression always told me ""You Get What You Pay For"". Hire Carns Rooter for Next plumbing job and you will not be disappointed.

Although this place has been around for years, their prices have skyrocketed and front office customer service is lacking. I'm not going to get into a particular situation, I just want to inform everyone to be careful. Honestly goes a long way and this company lacks that. It is all about the dollar amount. Customers have no problem paying for service if it is done correctly. I will NEVER use this company again.

Honest, efficient, and reliable. I can't recommend this company enough. I live in an older home with suspect plumbing, and my financial situation requires a number of cut corners. Bernie from Carns has visited my home twice since I've owned it, and each time he's gone above and beyond to provide the service and information I needed.

I have a low tolerance for people that I feel are trying to sell me on something. When I've asked about additional services, Bernie has always been honest, telling me that whatever it was that concerned me could wait. It gives me peace of mind to know that I'm getting what I pay for and only paying for what I need.

Amazing experience. Called exactly 1 hour ago, and the techs just left. I had a slow drain due to buildup, downstream of the kitchen sink and washing machine which was backing up the kitchen sink. Since we're in an older house, the lines are smaller and susceptible to clogging easily. They arrived within 40 minutes, were polite and friendly. They cleaned the line and were done in 20 minutes. Very affordable rate too.

Brian from Carns Rooter is amazing.

He services our home in Moreno Valley and our business in Riverside.

I have had 3 toilets installed, pipes and disposal fixed in my home. He has stopped leaks in our home and business. He has also installed commercial sinks and stopped leaky pipes at our business.

Every time Brian has arrived on time, once it was over 100 degrees in our warehouse and he worked through it no problem. When I had the sinks installed, it was an urgent matter and I had Brian worked his magic to get there within just a day.

So personable, friendly, timely, affordable, and work done to perfection.

Wonderful! Called Carns Rooter Inc this morning and they had someone come out within the hour. Our newly purchased home had two backed up toilets and Jaime came out and was so helpful and great at explaining everything. He was fast, efficient, and professional. Can't tell you how happy I am with their service, everything you hope for in a plumber. Highly recommend, reasonable rates, quick service, and step by step detailing of the issues. We had a leak coming from our meter, first we called the City of Riverside to find out whose responsibility it was to fix. Naturally, the pipe that was leaking was on our side of the property, so we were obligated to fix it. We called Carns Rooter and explained the problem, they told me that they would have someone out the very next morning, fine by me, I said. They sent Brian out that same afternoon I called to get a look at what was going on and he was super polite and pleasant to deal with. Friendly too. He explained that he was just 'checking to see the issue' and that Bernie would be out the next day to fix it. He put a clamp on the leak so that we were no longer leaking water. No charge for his time. The next morning, Bernie showed up at the promised time and was super polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, he couldn't fix the leak because it was raining heavily, (we live on a slight incline and the rain was running downhill right into the hole where he was trying to work) and mainly because the meter had to be replaced by the City Of Riverside. No charge for his time, and he was there for about an hour. Bernie called the City and they came out the next day and replaced the meter. The very next day, I arrived home from grocery shopping and Bernie had returned to fix the leak and was finishing up just as I pulled up to my property. He showed me the pipes that he had replaced and explained everything to me. I found that both Brian and Bernie were absolutely top-notch to deal with, both professional, knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant and very honest. The price was super fair, as well, I was actually expecting it to be much higher. This is the second time in 20 years of owning my home that I have used Carns Rooter and I tell you, from now on, I will only call them. Highly recommend this local Riverside company!

Fast, efficient service! Had a clog emergency this morning and the plumber we called was booked, but referred us to Carns. We had Brian, he got out here fast and was helpful and pleasant. And got the job done quickly with a great attitude. I highly recommend them.

Bernie and his assistant from Carns Rooter Inc. just left after clearing my rear yard storm drains. They were professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Their rates were very reasonable and they arrived on time. I had them look at several other plumbing related issues that they could have taken advantage of but were honest and told me the connection and pressure regulator didn't need replacing. It was 100+ degrees outside when Joe came a week ago, but he was on time and was great explaining what was wrong with our plumbing.
