The gentleman who came out looked at what needed to be fixed, gave me a quote and was right on. I wanted to change out a faucet and he recommended I get a better quality faucet, since the really cheap one I purchased in the past doesn't usually last a year and would leak again. I thought that was pretty amazing because as far as he would be concerned he could have simply made more money and not told me anything. I would recommend their honesty to everyone.

08/17/2020, We have an older Home, my Husband childhood Home to be honest. We have been using Carn's Rooter for about Five Years. Once a year we have to have our line cleaned out, sometime more often. Today was that hoping once a year cleaning. I called this morning at 8:15 am, by 11:30 I had a Plumber at my House! Three Hours earlier than advised, how often does that happen? NEVER.... Carn's is dependable, work hard to get to your problem asap, clean up after their work is done. WE are happy to be writing this review for them! Thank you Carn's, Rooter.

We wanted a new bathroom sink and kitchen sink installed, made an appointment and Jaime came to the appt. He was polite, professional and helpful. ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY A TOATAL RIPOFF. Had a few minor problems , two guys came, took a few seconds to adjust the inside of a toilet, looked at a sink and stated that it needed new hardware, spent about 35 minutes fixing a leaky toilet utilizing plastic parts that cost the no more than 10 dollars. I made the mistake of not asking them what their services will cost. He gave me a bill of 200.00.
Never again..be careful, always ask what its going to cost before you engage their services.

Rescue Rooter was unsuccessful with my clogged clean out. Said they would have to dig up the pipe for $4000. I called Carns Rooter and Bernie snaked the pipe in 10 minutes and fixed the problem. He is efficient and honest. Thanks for saving me thousands of dollars.

I would highly recommend this plumbing company. They responded to my call immediately, and showed up on time. The guys were knowledgeable and fixed my problem (replaced a toilet) the same day. That was great, because when I originally called I had planned to have it fixed, but then I changed my mind when they got here. Awesome service!

I had a fairly straightforward problem when a baby washcloth was sucked down the bathtub drain, but it needed immediate attention. I called Carns and someone came out quickly to take care of it! Fair price to avoid a much larger problem and I feel good about the 30 day guarantee.
