Fast, efficient service! Had a clog emergency this morning and the plumber we called was booked, but referred us to Carns. We had Brian, he got out here fast and was helpful and pleasant. And got the job done quickly with a great attitude. I highly recommend them.

Bernie and his assistant from Carns Rooter Inc. just left after clearing my rear yard storm drains. They were professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Their rates were very reasonable and they arrived on time. I had them look at several other plumbing related issues that they could have taken advantage of but were honest and told me the connection and pressure regulator didn't need replacing. It was 100+ degrees outside when Joe came a week ago, but he was on time and was great explaining what was wrong with our plumbing.

Called Allen with Wrench Re-pipe about a toliet repair yesterday . He sent me a text back that he was booked this week. He also gave me the name of another guy he trusted. Awesome to find someone who recognizes that he cant take every job at the risk of wasting a customers time. The other plumber was Bernie of Carns Rooter. He was able to come out today. Fixed my problem. Was friendly as was his son who was working with him today. Cleaned up when he was done. The price was great. I couldn't be happier with both Allen and Bernie. Thank you both!

You know how it is when you find a service company that does a good job, has reasonable prices and you can trust? You want to keep them around forever because they are hard to find. Carns Rooter is one of those companies for me. I have used them for over 30 years, and I don't even think of calling any other company for me plumbing needs. They changed out a bathroom faucet for me recently and did an excellent job. They even went beyond the expected and replaced the old valves for me. When anyone asks if I know a good plumber I have no hesitation in recommending Carns Rooter. They are a reliable company.

Just what i was looking for in a plumber! They are competent and honest. I have used them 3 times in the last 6 months. 1st they replaced my garbage disposal. They where on time and finished quickly. 2nd My wife noticed water in our garage, she called and them came right out. turns out it was our water heater. They stopped the leak and then talked with us about types of replacements.once we picked out the replacement they went and picked it up and installed it. 3rd The drains started to back up. I called and again they came right out and cleared the drain. They are a family owned. Reasonably price. In summery they do what they say they will, they do it with integrity and professionalism and are competitively priced. A recommendation for everyone

Best plumbers ever! On time, honest and super helpful. Would not charge for work they thought was not necessary and recommended repairs that were the least expensive. BTW, installing a new toilet runs from $150-220. I've checked around.
