08/17/2020, We have an older Home, my Husband childhood Home to be honest. We have been using Carn's Rooter for about Five Years. Once a year we have to have our line cleaned out, sometime more often. Today was that hoping once a year cleaning. I called this morning at 8:15 am, by 11:30 I had a Plumber at my House! Three Hours earlier than advised, how often does that happen? NEVER.... Carn's is dependable, work hard to get to your problem asap, clean up after their work is done. WE are happy to be writing this review for them! Thank you Carn's, Rooter.

We wanted a new bathroom sink and kitchen sink installed, made an appointment and Jaime came to the appt. He was polite, professional and helpful. We've used Carns before for plumbing issues and are very pleased with their prices, efficiency in making an appt and doing a great job. Would highly recommend

ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY A TOATAL RIPOFF. Had a few minor problems , two guys came, took a few seconds to adjust the inside of a toilet, looked at a sink and stated that it needed new hardware, spent about 35 minutes fixing a leaky toilet utilizing plastic parts that cost the no more than 10 dollars. I made the mistake of not asking them what their services will cost. He gave me a bill of 200.00.
Never again..be careful, always ask what its going to cost before you engage their services.

Rescue Rooter was unsuccessful with my clogged clean out. Said they would have to dig up the pipe for $4000. I called Carns Rooter and Bernie snaked the pipe in 10 minutes and fixed the problem. He is efficient and honest. Thanks for saving me thousands of dollars.

I would highly recommend this plumbing company. They responded to my call immediately, and showed up on time. The guys were knowledgeable and fixed my problem (replaced a toilet) the same day. That was great, because when I originally called I had planned to have it fixed, but then I changed my mind when they got here. Awesome service!

Friendly, knowledgeable and honest they came out to snake a line and check my toilet. They snaked it in a couple of minutes and told me I didn't need the toilet reset which was great and saved me money thanks guys. Highly recommend using them and saved as my only plumber I use.

Carns came out to our place in Redlands. After receiving a bid of over $3,000 for a broken main pipe, Carns came and found a simple back up that the cleared for under $200!!!! The first plumber was ripping us off and Carns showed up on time, told us what he was going to do, took care of the problem and gave us suggestions for future problems. I highly recommend them and they are number one in our book.
