Had a water heater installed today. The day before we were notified about the arrival time and the estimated amount of time the plumbers needed to complete the work. The day of the install they came on time and got it all done with in the time they said they would. Cleaned up after themselves and put everything where it belonged. Just a great experience all the way around. Could not be happier. Thank you gents!

There are 3 types of businesses I dread dealing with: Plumbers, Dentists and Auto repairs! So you can imagine when I needed to call on a plumber I was expecting the same type of service I was accustomed to. However, this was NOT the case with Carlson Plumbling! Pleasant to talk to over the phone and Brandon had someone come over the same day! Ryan, who came over was not only kind, but went above and beyond when he offer to pick up a sealant I needed to fill in a couple holes! Who does that? I highly recommend these guys who have changed my opinion on plumbers! Thanks for you help!

I've used this company twice now for plumbing issues with my home. Both times they were professional. First time was to replace a leaky laundry hookup and the second time was to fix a leaking toilet. Ryan and Griffin were very nice and professional. They were fast, responsive, clean, and most of all very very fair prices. Highly recommended for their services.

They installed a recirc system at our house. We have warm water at all times and never waste water before showers. I was very impressed by how detail oriented and technical they were. Simply awesome. Price was reasonable.

We have used Carlson Plumbing on two separate occasions. First, putting in a garbage disposal. Clean install, professional demeanor, and very detailed. And, if you notice in the picture, NO PLUMBER CRACK! That alone is worth it's weight in gold!. Notice the smiling faces. Normally that would be attributed to the over expensive, highly exaggerated cost for the work actually performed. Not this crew. A very fair price, for very good work.

But hey, maybe this was just an aberration. Maybe I caught them on their best and only good day. So, lets put them to the test on yet another one of our homes.

Tenant complained of several issues with plumbing. Carlson Plumbing shows up, clean truck, wrench in hand, and gets to work. With the skills of a tradesman of 40 years experience, the problems are assessed, solved and end result, HAPPY TENANTS!!!. (Btw, plumber is NOT 40 years old, just has the experience of one).

And just to put a fine point on it, Carlson Plumbing had no idea that one job was anyway related to another. That was done by design. A true test, not exactly double-blind, or quite Empirical Evidence and yes, anecdotal, but never-the-less, very, very, impressive.

Would we hire them again, heck yeah! We might hire them just for the fun of seeing someone try and do a job where one wasn't needed, just for the hoot of it. (But they would get paid!!)

Seriously, if you need work done right the first time, give these guys a call.

Called them to have my main drain cleared out because my shower and toilet was backing up .....Brandon came by the same day and clear my drain and let me know if it happens again what I can do because we have a old house with no main drain trap in the front and how much it would cost to put one in ..... we haven't had a problem since and will definitely call them back if I have any problems ......
