We had a water heater failure in a rental unit. Called Carlson late Sunday afternoon, Brandon responded immediately. They came out today and replaced the tank. Easy to work with, did a great job, and price was fair. I highly recommend Carlson Plumbing. Mason was great!

Just a shout out to Carlson plumbing , I took their name off of one of the posts on next-door. They came today right on time, sending a picture of their employee who would be taking care of me, Kyle! He was great and when their employee points out something that you think you're gonna be paying for and tells you, this is OK just needed a little tightening...no charge! That's exceptional! he went on to fix two other things on my list, and I was so pleased and can't thank Carlson plumbing and Kyle enough! It's hard to find a good Plumber. I've gone through several so put them in your Rolodex!

Very happy with this company. I had called another company to come out to my mother's home to clear her drain and the other company ended up being a bait and switch company. I called Carlson Plumbing and they were able to come out to mom's house same day to assess the issue.

They were very professional and did the job at a fraction of the cost from the other bid that we received. I was very happy to see that they came out same day, charged a fair rate and didn't try to upsell us on other services.

Safe to say, I will be calling them for any our future plumbing needs.

Very happy with all aspects of Carlson Plumbing. I had my water heater replaced, a tub drain worked on and a sewer line repaired. I'd had three other quotes and Carlson's pricing was very competitive. I liked their demeanor the best as well...seemed trustworthy and reliable. Their plumbers and scheduler are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Nobody wants major plumbing repairs, but I felt in good hands with Carlson Plumbing.

Our daughter's bathroom shower valve wasn't working and the water was running all night. I contacted Jennifer in the morning and she was able to send out Kyle and Richard that same morning. They replaced the cartridge and re-caulk the trim plate. Carlson Plumbing have great customer service and their technicians have always done excellent work! I will never use any other plumber.

I contacted Carlson Plumbing because I needed to replace 2 shut off water valves. I had gotten another quote and it seemed really high so I thought I would get another opinion. It was easy to schedule the appointment and the two technicians Kyle and Ricardo came out to provide an estimate. Their estimate was very reasonable (glad I decided to get another estimate) so I proceeded with the work. The technicians were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They completed the job and cleaned everything up. I highly recommend Carlson Plumbing and will continue to call them for all my plumbing needs.

Two of the kindness plumbers came out to help a damsel in distress !!! I had a water puddle in my front yards rock garden and I imagined a disaster coming from under my slab. Kyle and Ricardo found the problem; an old hose still attached to the hose bib that was leaking
water.
