Great experience with the entire team. Excellent communication from Jennifer handling the calls and coordinating the arrival of the team. Brandon was very professional and his price was very good.
Brandon and his team replaced my water line from the meter to my house. The team of 4 completed the job in 4 hours. I am very pleased with the job . Was in a major jam after we discovered flooding coming from our downstairs bathroom totally flooding into a bedroom (which was 1/4"" under water). Within minutes Carlson Plumbing immediately got us a plumber, and found the clog and leak and fixed it for us for an exceptionally low reasonable price. I will certainly be adding Carlson Plumbing into my go-to contacts for a plumber. Highly recommend 5 stars!!!

I sent a text with a picture of the water leak I was experiencing to them last Wednesday and asked if they could stop by soon to take a look at the problem. I hadn't heard from them by late afternoon so called and left a message with their answering service. Brandon called me back and said he could stop by next Tuesday and would call me the following day ( Thursday ) to set up a specific time. No call on Thursday nor Friday so I left a message again with his answering service Friday afternoon. Still haven't received a call back from anyone. If he decided that he did not have time for my job nor the ability to deal with it, I would've appreciated a response so that I could've looked elsewhere and not waited around for 5 days. So much for trying to help out a small business. Time to move on to a company that shows respect for potential customers.

Left a review 2 years ago and stopping by to leave another one for a job well done on several projects at another house. These guys are the best, I almost wish they did more trades because Brandon has a great group. Highly recommend these guys they are honest and do a great job. If we have additional house projects in the future we will continue to go back to them.

Forgot to check the cold water line prior to our new dishwasher was delivered. Of course frozen, which meant no install by the Home Depot delivery guys...

Called my normal go to plumber but he was sadly MIA for three days...

Gave Carlson & crew a call and they were able to take care of that valve and replace a toilet water valve in a tighter spot than the dishwasher one...

Price was very reasonable and Griffin was prompt, courteous and efficient for the simple task at hand.

TLDR: They are honest, priced fairly, on-time, reliable, take pride in their work and have a wonderful attitude.

Everyone we met from their company have been kind, informative, and do excellent work. They will go out their way to pick up parts or tools without huffing and puffing as I've seen with other contractors because they know it's their job. It shows they take pride in their work! They are the example of the kind of service everyone should be giving and receiving.

They have had to come four times in the last three months since we had moved into a new home. Each time they came they had an excellent attitude, wore their facemasks, were on time, and always were willing to explain the process. My family and I trust them to make sure our home plumbing needs are met with reliability and care. I recommend them without any hesitation!
