We were unsure about having the work done the same day as the estimate, but after Anthony told us what needed to be done, we decided to do it that same day. I had Carini Heating and Air come out to do routine inspection and maintenance on my mini-split AC/heating unit. Anthony D.,the technician, spent an hour cleaning,testing and inspecting my system and then patiently answered all my questions showing me how to clean filters etc.
I love my mini-split system!!!! My house is old and holds the heat and there were rooms I couldn't stay in when we have hot days nor could I entertain. My mini-split, wall-mounted unit keeps the rooms I spend the most time in cool and comfortable and the unit is very quiet. It's less expensive and requires less complicated installation than a whole house unit. I highly recommend Carini Heating and Air. One of my neighbors also put a unit in.

I recently installed a split A/C. It was inferred that I would not have to paint outside ducts but, in fact, that was on me. Installation went well but the electrical was more than unacceptable. Carini did take responsibility but I had to complain and was never allowed to speak with Mr Carini. Had 3 drywall messes to clean up which should only have been one. Hoping to be cool and happy when the weather warms up

I had five different heating and air companies out to give me bids on a new a/c system, and John Bodkin was the most knowledgeable and thorough of the bunch. Very impressive. I would definitely recommend Carini Heating and Air to a friend.

After receiving several estimates to replace a home furnace and add air conditioning, I had Carini come out for a quote. They were priced competitively; actually on the lower end. But, what I really liked was that Gabe took the time to explain everything: the removal, installation, options, time, etc.

A year or so later, we had an issue with the AC not pumping out cold air. Carini had a service technician (Anthony) come over to diagnose the problem (manufacturing defect). They got everything repaired and back to normal in no time at all.

Yes, I like to get a good price, but more importantly, I want it done right and Carini got it done.

Not sure why Yelp only offers 5 stars... I'd give Carini a 6! Besides excellent service, reliability, and dependability, Carini is able to solve problems, find solutions, and totally manage any project. We got several bids for our historic home, but a John & Gabe won our business through their thoughtful way of replacing the heating and adding air conditioning. We couldn't be more pleased, and will continue to recommend Carini.

researched for hours on mini splits,decided to go with mitsubishi .had several local companies come out for estimates ,nobody spent more time explaining and educating me on the mitsubishi operating systems and proper heat load locations for the ac/heat air handlers than john bodkin design specialist for carinis heating and air. through out the week i had many questions for john, every time i called he picked up the phone and answered. at time of install i met with the electrical contractor ,lead installer miguel,and john to go over the placement locations we discussed . miguel,john ,brett hinck (electrical contractor for carinis) were all world class .miguel the lead installer took all measures for a clean and successful install. after testing the equipment miguel went over all the details on how to operate the remote functions.
carinis has world class quality and customer service . come to find out they are a certified mitsubishi distributor , there installers and design specialist go to school for the 5 diamond contractor technology .

I used Carini heating and Air conditioning because of a neighbor had Carini install their system and they were happy with the
Service and product.

I called Carini and Jason Baer came out to give me an estimate to put a new furnace and add Air and reduct since my ducting was about 40+ years old. This was durning the heat wave a few weeks back. They gave me a detailed estimate and I told Jason I would get back with him.

With no sales pressure I talked it over with my wife and told Jason we were ready when they could fit us in. They came out the next week and installed in 2 days. They cleaned up everything and just like that we had AC!

I had gotten other quotes for AC and felt that Carini provided a great value but didn't compromise on quality. And having neighbor who was happy with the service was a selling point for me. From what I experienced, Carini Heating & Air is a friendly and very professional company.

These guys are the pros! Seriously! Joel Butler knows his stuff. Jason V. gets it done. Jason was exactly on time every day. Jason kept me up to date about the progress of our install and explained every step. Jason kept everything super clean and was done in four days- exactly as Joel quoted me. Jason showed me how to use my new system, pointed out safety features, and showed me why the system would pass both the energy and the city inspection. The final charges are exactly what Joel quoted me. Seriously, no surprises! I cannot recommend Carini enough! Our 1989 home needed a new furnace and blower after the original one was damaged by a water heater leak. Carini was recommended to me by the Ygrene financing program. Joel immediately noticed problems with the original set up and recommended moving the placement of our furnace/blower to the attic and moving the air intake close to the blower. He also recommended separate thermostats for the upstairs and the downstairs as well as a state-of-the-art air conditioning unit. This is in accordance with the laws of thermodynamics so I said ""go for it!"" Jason V. was kind enough to crawl around in the attic during some of the hottest days this summer to get the system installed. Now our home is cool and comfortable and energy efficient. I look forward to working with these guys throughout the years for routine maintenance to keep this system purring.
