First time call to this company and they were able to accommodate me on short notice before the extra hot weekend.

The Air Conditioner's thermostat went dark and wasn't getting power. Carlos took care of it and when it went dark again a couple days later, he stopped by to double check - turns out the safety valve was turning it off because of too much condensation - everything was dry the first day Carlos came by so there was no clue what had turned caused the problem.
This time I had opened the door and saw everything inside was wet so that was the big clue and now it's all fixed it up.

He showed me that this company really cares about their clients. It's the kind of service I remember from when I was a kid when service was more personalized than it is today.

Because of my interaction with Carlos, Carini now has a new client for life and I'll be calling them next month to help with the water heater and eventually getting a new air system. :)

Repaired fill valve in toilet for my rental VERY expensive and they add a 'diagnostic fee'. No itemized bill with parts and labor, just a big one! $334 for a pretty simple fix and a $15 part.

My shower would not turn off. No matter what I did. I tried fixing the problem myself, and of course I did not get it right (trying to save money). When Carini sent out one of their plumbers, I was wondering if I was going to get a lot of bull & a high estimate. I am so glad I was wrong. It was nice to have a professional like Leo to take the time to explain the issues before and during the service. And it did not cost me an arm and a leg. Thank you Carini!

Not only were they able to accommodate and come out the next day but the technician, Carlos, was able to take care of everything quickly and did a great job. We had our kitchen sinks backing up, saw the commercial advertising the $39 drain clean and called Carini, they had a plumber (Javier) out within 45 minutes, he was very professional, used the electric snake at the cleanout under our kitchen window cleaning toward the street... Fixed it quickly, no upselling (thank you) and was out within a half hour. Professional and honest, I will call them again and recommend to my friends and neighbors. Inexpensive Drain Cleaning and Camera drain pipe check. They charged $79 to clean the drain and do a free, complimentary camera inspection of my drain pipes. Some other companies wanted from $100 to $250 just to do the camera inspection. Never mind the drain cleaning. I called on a Tuesday and they scheduled someone to come out on Wednesday morning. Javier came out Wednesday morning but before he arrived he called my tenant and me, as I had requested, to let us know he was on his way. Javier was courteous, professional and knew what he was doing (6 years experience). He took his time and really went above and beyond to make sure the drain was running great. And he left his work area very clean. Kudos to you Javier. You were the best. To me he was one of those very few people who wants to do a great job because it is important to themselves as they take true, personal pride in their work.
Ricardo also came out that morning to do the camera inspection. After he did it he showed me the entire tape/movie of my drains explaining things as he went along. Like Javier, he was courteous, professional and knew what he was doing. Thank you Carini for hiring great people.

Leo, the plumbing service manager at Carini Heating Air and Plumbing, very quickly diagnosed and repaired a bad leak that had flooded the floor under the kitchen sink. I called Carini at 4:00pm, worried that I might have to wait until the next day. Gladly, they fit me into their schedule before the end of the day. The charge was very reasonable as well.
Three years ago, Carini installed our HVAC system. I could not have been more impressed and pleased with the pricing and quality of their work. I had special requirements for an ""always hot"", glass filled, west facing room. That room now stays remarkably cool with Carini's customized duct work.
