I can't speak for their actual services. I called for an appointment to quote a water softener and a new water heater. Malik took my call and we made an appointment for Monday AM. I took the day off and waited for someone to arrive. No call / No Show - I gave someone else the business.

I had an issue with my pilot light on my water heater and he was able to do a quick fix for me. He even showed me a trick to try next time if the same issue persists. I would absolutely call him out again and I've already passed his information along to a friend.
