Very professional. Mike's quote showed exactly what was included. The receptionist was very thorough and followed through. The two men that came out were both professional and made sure the new gas water heater was installed and working properly before they left. I will use them again!

when I called he wouldn't give me a time he could but he came within the hour. He told me "Ill give you a fair price". he replaced a flange in the toilet and, of course, the wax ring. Which we had. Then he replaced A cartridge in the shower stem In the handle to turn on and off the shower. And I don't feel the price was "fair". He charged $475.00.
this is after he used my cell phone and internet for his personal business because he told us his cell phone had been "cut off" for Non payment of a $3000 phone bill. We figured he was trying to make his phone bill off a small job. We had a flange replaced in oct of 2020 and it was $275 by Joe the Plumber. I realize things have gone up but this was excessive. I needed 2 drain pans installed. tech showed up and began the work, then this is when shit went south. Tech calls me and asks how to turn the water back on. We have a well and explained that the power to well need to be on, he explains he cant do that because it will ruin the heating elements. Why did he call the homeowner and not his supervisor. I get a call from THE PLUMBER who can't get water back on to fill the water heaters, This does not instill confidence in my choice for a plumber. I live 40 minutes away and tell his boss I am going back to see what the hell is going on. The supervisor says nothing to me that his guys are on top of this and I do not need to go check on what is being done and not done. Poor communication skills on the tech and the supervisor. After wasting 80 minutes of my time for something that should have been easy to resolve. They hit me with a bill for full price, NOT EVEN I AM SORRY for wasting 80 minutes of your life and scaring the shit out of you that the PLUMBERS actually knew what they were doing. II will never use them again!!

These guy were quick to respond and came out to fix our sink and leak very quickly. Worked around my schedule (I'm a nightshift nurse and sleep during normal hours) . They were thorough and explained our issue in regular terms and replaced our faucet within 30 minutes and did an amazing job! They also give Healthcare workers discounts! Very grateful! They came with masks and were so polite.

AMAZING comes to mind, from scheduling to the actual service, they do not even service my area but they came on time all the way from Katy, assessed the issue with the drain, advised what may arise in the future due to the age of the home (56 years), as the pipes get brittle with age, which is true as we have had the sewer replaced last year. Explained what would have to be done in that case. Inquired when the last time this was unstopped and based on my response advised us if this keeps happening, we would need to run the camera to assess the situation further. Unstopped the drain, ran water about 20 minutes to make sure everything was fine. Told us to call if we have any more issues. Very polite and knowledgeable and not trying to sell you a bill of goods like some of the Big guys, you know who they are...Support your family owned business' instead of the big corporations, you will always receive better service as they rely on referrals and word of mouth reviews. I found this company on Yelp and they reviews prompted me to call them...I got all my service people from great Yelp reviews and have always received great service.

From the very first phone call with Kate to Frank and Mark finishing up my project, I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get to my place to fix my issue within hours. Kate was extremely friendly and communicated clearly that they were booked as most companies are due to the winter storm but if their team had an opening they would come out to help me.

The team of Frank and Mark were professional and knowledgeable with what needed to get done, they didn't pressure me into additional unnecessary work, and they explained everything to the fullest. Both guys showed up with mask and kept up with social distancing which shows both them and the company take COVID extremely serious.

Thank you for making what is usually a stressful situation, simple and easy. I'll be calling these guys in the future and will recommend any of my clients to them.
