Arcadio came to our home to fix our master bathroom sink which had been leaking. During his visit he did a full inspection of our kitchen and diagnosed another issue which was unexpected. The source of this problem was not easily identifiable, however, Arcadio was extremely patient and took the time to find the source before he would leave. He went out of his way to find the right parts for our particular faucet and returned the next day to finalize the repairs. We have had no issues ever since. He was extremely friendly and professional in all ways and his fees were very reasonable in light of the amount of time he spent to find our problem. We would recommend him without reservation and will gladly use his services again.

Arcadio came to our house for a disposal issue, he was awesome! Next day service, wore booties, even though I told him it wasn't necessary (2 dogs and 4 year old) and he explained options and what would be best given our current set up. Fixed and running perfectly within 24 hours of the first call. Also took a look at our bath tub and told me what was needed to fix it. Took his advice and that problem is fixed too!! I will definitely keep his info for future reference, he even texted to follow up on the disposal.

We were notified by a neighbor that sewage was coming from the drain access opening in our front yard. I called CarePLUS Plumbing and Arcadio was out within two hours. He got right to work and diagnosed the problem. A drain cap had fallen into the pipe and was blocking our sewage. He expertly fished out this cap and solved the problem - which could have been much worse and may have required digging out the pipe entirely.

For their prompt and excellent service and their pleasant demeanor I'm giving CarePLUS Plumbing five stars.

Care Plus is an awesome company. Always fast, professional and reasonable. I highly recommend them for all plumbing needs!!! Arcadio always offers sound advice to help with our plumbing. Of which I should listen more often. He's pulled me out of a couple of binds when I clogged our drain and quickly came to my rescue. Can't say how much that was appreciated!

Arcadio has done a lot of plumbing work for us like installing toilets and a garbage disposal. He's also fixed a variety of problems. He's very reliable and easy to work with. He's also reasonable. We will continue to use him for all of our plumbing needs.

Arcadio is a great, honest guy! He's done a couple of jobs for us. He replaced the faucet in our main bathroom. The person who originally installed it did it so backwards, Arcadio had to saw it off. It sucked for him, and he didn't overcharge for his time. He spent a loooong time on it. Left no mess, was friendly and affordable.
He also installed a new cabinet and sink combo in the master bath. Also very quick and reasonable. Give him a call, you won't be disappointed!

Arcadio is an excellent plumber. He cares about the customer and is very conscientious about his work. I've used him twice. He replaced a toilet for me the first time. The second time, he replaced calcium-frozen turn handles on my wash machine inlets. He gave me a bid at the beginning of the job. I was very impressed because he encountered some unexpected difficulties that were time consuming to fix. Even though he was working much longer than what he first bid for, he maintained the original price. He is clean and thourough.

I hired 3 company to do the job

Pricing is very reasonable with Yelp offer.
1. A five star rated company (Yogi) came in with a set price of 85$ to unplugged the drain but they charged 25$ for trip fee since I live away from their service area.
2. A plumber came in, diagnose incorrectly and suggest us to cut the pipe so that it fix the problem long-term. But the problem isn't at that place, it's somewhere down the main drainage. He insist to charge 300$, but seeing my hesitation, he reduced the charge to 250$.
3. CarePlus charged 95$ but with Yelp coupons, I paid total 65$ out of pocket. Expecting this is as low as a plumbing service you can get.

Responsiveness:
Looks like plumbers are extremely busy and they don't want your business.

Yogi: didn't get back to me to schedule the appointment on my first time. I had to call again. (That's I'm already a customer of their company and they did a service for me just 2 days ago).
Plumber: he claimed that his phone out of battery and so let us wait the whole day for his call.
CarePlus: Tried first time on late Sunday. Got scheduled for Monday.


Service: Great!
Guy come on time, he unplugged from clean-out outside, so no cutting or whatsoever is required.

Would I use it again?
Yes - definitely.
