After several frustrating phone calls, ridiculous quotes and no return call we finally found Arcadio and Care Plus Plumbing. Arcadio answered the call and came out to our house in a Saturday by noon. Quickly assessed the job, got the part and fixed our leaking shower within an hour. Great friendly service at a reasonable rate. We will definitely call him first next time!

I highly recommend CarePLUS Plumbing & Drains. Arcadio and his entire team saved the day after I received a call from the City of San Diego to let me know that my water bill was already over $1,600. There was zero evidence of a leak, however, after some initial troubleshooting it was determined that there was a leak in the main line to the house but because the house is on a slope, it was all just draining downhill. Arcadio and his team got a new line to the house quickly and did a great job considering the type of soil and tree roots they had to contend with. I will not hesitate to call them again!

Of course, it's Sunday night and the drain clogs!
Water backing up in the shower.
They quoted and hour and $150 emergency fee plus service cost.
The emergency fee is a bit high, but wife was freaking out, so we did it.
In 1/2 hour Olivo came and cleared the clog in less than an hour.
He told me it would be $150 for snaking a long (150 feet) stretch of drain.
$300 total.
Seems to be working fine now.

When I contacted Arcadio, I got an immediate response from him. He was very attentive when I had to explain what the problem was. He then explained the work he was going to do. He gave me a detailed list of the cost (which seemed very fair) and made sure to answer all my questions. Once the job was done I went to clean but he left the area spotless. Great service!

Arcadio was extremely responsive via phone and email, and he was able to come out the same day once I requested an appointment.

We had a toy shovel stuck in our toilet and Arcadio explained our options and went for the cheaper option first, something another plumber didn't even offer when I was getting quotes.

He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. Got the job done quickly and cleaned up after everything was done. Hopefully I won't need another plumber soon, but if I do I'll use Care PLUS first.

A contractor was unable to install a brand new washer from Lowe's due to a corroded water faucet. I had called 3 separate plumbing companies and was advised that I would have to wait till Monday or pay time and a half to have someone come out on the weekend. Also compared to Care Plus, the price quote for the repair and part was about $100 more. I called Care Plus and explained my issue. The representative asked more questions about the type of faucet and its location (other companies did not). He advised me that a plumber could be at my house in 10 minutes. Arcadio then showed up 10 minutes later and fixed my faucet for the same price that was quoted over the phone. He fixed the faucet and cleaned up in less than 10 minutes. He was extremely professional and friendly. He pointed out that my exterior pipe was missing the cover and tried to find one on his truck. He couldn't find the right size, so I'm off to Home Depot. If he did not point it out, I never would have noticed. Thank you Care Plus and especially Arcadio!

Finding a contractor for any building/repair work can always be tricky. Is the person knowledgeable on how to fix the issue? Is he going to charge me too much for the work? Will they fix it right the first time? So many questions when one searches on googles/yelps hoping to find a honest and reputable company to get the job done right the first time.

I am so thankful for Careplus returning my call within 5 mins. I called two other companies and didn't even get a call back. The price quoted on the phone to clear out a clogged kitchen drain was very reasonable. When they came over to do their estimate, the price didn't go up. Most companies have their bait and switch price. They get you hooked for a $99 special then there's always something else tacked on.

If you need any plumbing repair, no need to call anyone else.

As a first time home owner, having a water issue was quite stressful and I did not know where to go for help. The hot water shower knob in the bathroom was not turning completely off and hot water kept streaming out so I had to turn off my main water line. After a search on Yelp, Care Plus was the first to respond with advice on what to do and schedule a time when someone could come out. Arcadio explained the issue thoroughly and worked quickly and cleanly. He even helped me with a couple questions I had with my water heater. Pricing was more than I expected, but this was my first plumbing experience, so I don't have much to compare to. The best part, my home warranty covered the cost of the work with the invoice I received from Arcadio and I'm getting reimbursed for quality work. Win - win!

I was introduced to Arcadio at my Handyman class that I was enrolled in thru Escondido Adult/ROP recently. I needed a quote on the repairs of frozen faucets in my shower. Arcadio and I communicated via texts and attached pictures of the problem. This was very convenient. He quoted me a fair price based on my research at Homewyze.com for the job at my zip code. (50% less than other quotes and no need to cut tile and wall as I'd been told before.) He also knows what his niche is in plumbing and what it isn't. When I asked him about re-pipe of a problem area (galvanized pipe electrolysis), he said that although he could do the job, he recommended it would be cheaper to use a re-pipe company whose flyer I had.
He said they specialize and only do repipe. This would be better for me in price and time. Yelp has a $20 discount he provided me with when I asked about senior or first time customer or cash discount. His communication with me was excellent, he arrived on time and fnished the job efficiently. I would use Arcadio again and recommend his company. He is fairly priced but not as cheap as a handyman; but you get what you pay for!

Contacted them for a clogged shower drain. Arcadio was on time, explained the options and did a clean job. Very satisfied with his work. Hopefully we dont have to but if needed will use his services again.
