Had to call our warranty company to fix our water heater while we are in escrow. While the repairman was here he noticed another issue with the water heater and suggested we call the warranty company to see if we could get it added to the work order to get it fixed as well while he was here instead of having to call them back out and paying an additional fee. He was very thorough and amazing. We appreciated the promptness and will recommend our guys to everyone who asks. Thanks again.

cardinal horrible discriminate against paying customers. The tech put the valve upside down. I guess he didn't know what he was doing.. caused water to leak and damage my property..

I called this company in an emergency due to water leaking under the house. They came out within the hour. The technician Danny was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. The access to the leak was extremely difficult but he 'suited up' and struggled underneath into the crawl space. Found the broken pipe then replaced, repaired and finished the job.
Excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

I am so grateful ll for Cardinal Plumbing! I called them at 8am (they weren't open till 9am)their emergency answered said they would send their best out to work on our problem by 9am. He was there a few minutes before 9am. Jeff we appreciate you! I RECOMMEND CARDINAL PLUMBING! I will be calling them to replace my swamp cooler soon. They also did an awesome job with my hot water cooler. FABULOUS JOB!

So apparently my super stuck me with a 45 year old toilet that has serious attitude problem. These guys were fast, efficient, and friendly. The pricing seemed appropriate and I found it worth the professionalism. Definitely will use them again if I need plumbing services.

In Ridgecrest, it is very hard to find good service. Even harder to find good service during busy times. Cardinal Plumbing is the best service company I've found in Ridgecrest. We've done a lot of remodeling in the last two years, tried a lot of service companies and contractors, and Cardinal takes first place by a wide margin. Example: I called on a Friday at 4:30 pm with a broken swamp cooler. They were at my door in a half hour and stayed for 3 hours. The plumber was courteous and clear, and the job was done right. This was my third trouble call and the result was the same each time. Good work. Timely response. Quality customer service. Other Ridgecrest contractors need to learn from Cardinal.
