Visits from Joe are becoming kind of a weekly thing around here. He's been super helpful at working around our remodeling schedule. When we realized some things that we hadn't really counted on needed to be fixed (hello, rusty water valve) were going to become part of the remodel too, he was able to just add it to his list.

He's great at explaining what needs to be done and why. He's definitely our go-to plumber.

Joe has been our only go to plumber since we bought our new house. We had so many jobs and miscellaneous things that needed to be done and he got it done day of- quickly- and for the lowest price. Everything from minor toilet fixes to house wide advanced plumbing needs. He's capable of doing it all!
He is a good guy- tells it to you straight and doesn't try to get extra cost out of you. He really just does his job very well and we don't know what we'd do without him!

Joe came by to fix a leaky sink and ended up being hugely helpful with problems I was having with a recent new furnace installation (by a different plumber). There were a few simple problems with big consequences, and Joe straighten it out and explained the fixes. He also suggested replacing all 7 radiator steam valves (some not working, all were old). I was very happy with Joe's work and confident in his skills and honesty. I will call Joe again!

I called this plumbing company b/c of the excellent reviews in yelps. I called early afternoon on Wednesday afternoon and they did not respond till 2:30pm the next day, Thursday. I do know plumbers have a busy schedule but expected a call to acknowledge it. Will not call them again.

Joe and I spoke about a plumbing issue I was having in my kitchen and I worried about how much the project would cost as the people who owned the house prior to us somehow put in all the plumbing and then floored right over the work leaving no access point to the pipes below the sink and dishwasher (smart, right?) He agreed to come by to take a look and said if they could pinpoint the issue, they would fix it same day.

The morning of, Joe was running a little behind but he CALLED to let me know. He and another fellow came in, ran the water, found the leak. In order to fix it, they would have to open the floor underneath the dishwasher. Before they did anything, they asked my permission. They made the smallest cut they could, accessed the issue, and fixed it all within an hour.

Cardarelli Plumbing now has a new and loyal customer for life. Awesome, awesome service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Joe was incredible to work with and I couldn't recommend him more highly. We had a tenant without heat on the first really cold day of the fall. I called Joe after seeing all the glowing reviews on Yelp when our regular plumber didn't respond.Even though he was fully booked, he made it out with his team in the early evening. While he couldn't remedy the situation on the spot, he was back out there the following day (after telling me where to get supplies locally to save me some $) to repair the thermostat and get everything up and going.

As a designer and a renovator, I've dealt with a myriad of contractors; this guy's up there with the best. Thank you Joe!

Joe Cardarelli did an excellent job moving our radiator from one spot to another so we called him again to replace our drain pipe which had a crack in it. Both job he did was clean and quick. Right when he got into the house he started working on the job. Instead of pushing us to do other jobs like other plumber would do, he just gave us suggestion what needs to be done and if I ever need anything we can just called him. Other plumber out there will charge you just to go over your house to take a look what's the problem. Joe came by few times to look what need to be done with out even charging us. I highly recommend Joe, he's very professional and reasonable price. Thank you for the EXCELLENT services you have provided.
