A huge thank you to Joe, who called me right back. Jason came out this morning and was so honest and kind. I was dreadfully afraid it was going to be an enormous issue. Jason, fixed the problem and explained everything to me. I can't tell you what a relief it was. This was my first time using Joe and it will not be the last.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Joe and his boy wonder sean for great service in a short time. Found joe here on Yelp called him after 5 and he actually answered the phone. So untrue of other plumbers.came home to a leaking water tank.he was able to replace it the next day.had some great conversation .made a stressful situation easier. Highly recommend.

I have broken my multi-year silence on Yelp and logged into my account just to post this review. A few days ago, Quincy completely shut down due to a heavy storm that caused a whole lot of flooding. Our basement was underneath 6 inches of water, and our sump pump stopped working. We called several plumbers before we got a hold of Joe. He was the only one who picked up his phone. Within an hour of us talking to him, he had gone to Home Depot, picked up a new sump pump, driven to our house (which was without power at that point) in the pouring rain and howling wind, and got to installing the new pump. Our basement was completely dry the next day. He was also reasonably priced, especially given the exigent circumstances. We would not hesitate to hire him again.

I called Cardarelli Plumbing this morning (Friday) as my kitchen sink was leaking. I picked these guys as they were recommended on the ""Quincy is Everything"" Facebook page. What a great call. There arrived within an hour of my calling, examined the situation, pointed out what was needed, went and got the parts and now at lunch time they are done and gone.
Extraordinary service, clean and competent and very reasonable. I was dreading the experience as I didn't have a plumber I knew and was afraid of being hosed (no pun intended). Now I have a keeper.

Visits from Joe are becoming kind of a weekly thing around here. He's been super helpful at working around our remodeling schedule. When we realized some things that we hadn't really counted on needed to be fixed (hello, rusty water valve) were going to become part of the remodel too, he was able to just add it to his list.

He's great at explaining what needs to be done and why. He's definitely our go-to plumber.

Joe has been our only go to plumber since we bought our new house. We had so many jobs and miscellaneous things that needed to be done and he got it done day of- quickly- and for the lowest price. Everything from minor toilet fixes to house wide advanced plumbing needs. He's capable of doing it all!
He is a good guy- tells it to you straight and doesn't try to get extra cost out of you. He really just does his job very well and we don't know what we'd do without him!

Joe came by to fix a leaky sink and ended up being hugely helpful with problems I was having with a recent new furnace installation (by a different plumber). There were a few simple problems with big consequences, and Joe straighten it out and explained the fixes. He also suggested replacing all 7 radiator steam valves (some not working, all were old). I was very happy with Joe's work and confident in his skills and honesty. I will call Joe again!

I called this plumbing company b/c of the excellent reviews in yelps. I called early afternoon on Wednesday afternoon and they did not respond till 2:30pm the next day, Thursday. I do know plumbers have a busy schedule but expected a call to acknowledge it. Will not call them again.
