Captain Rooter and Plumbing

Non-responsive. My home warranty company contacted them on a Saturday, and said that I should hear from Captain Rooter on Monday. When I didn't, I called them, and got a voice mail saying that although I can leave a message, I would receive faster service if I texted them. So I texted them. No reply. I called back and left a voice mail. No reply. Three days later, still no reply. If they're not interested in having my business, they should at least say so, so I can find someone else. My hone warranty company volunteered to contact them to see why they never got back to me. I declined, and found another plumber (Flowright) who called me back within an hour.

My home warranty company recommended Captain Rooter. CAPTAIN ROOTER IS TOTALLY AWESOME! Willie and Jet did a fantastic job of replacing a toilet. Willie found the perfect toilet (even when it was hard to find) and their installation job was flawless. It was a heavy toilet and this was not an easy job. A+++++++++++++++++ Do not ever hesitate to use Captain Rooter, totally awesome!

I had an excellent experience with Captain Rooter and Plumbing. They were assigned to my repair by Fidelity Home Warranty. I had them out for two separate issues and they came out expeditiously and fixed my two issues. Will was very communicative and very helpful. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you might need.

Great company and service man! They followed up with text and phone calls. Repair man replaced our instant hot. Area was left clean and job well done. He even ran out to get a better part to prevent leakage. Repair man masked and followed Covid precautions! Well done!

Captain Rooter saved the day - again!

A year ago when I purchased my home, I had a leak right before I moved in - of course! I called Fidelity Home Warranty and they assigned Captain Rooter and Plumbing. Will came out and fixed the problem and showed me some other essentials (how to turn off water in the bathrooms, etc.). Fast forward to a year later and, yep, another leak!! I contacted Will (via FHW) and he was able to come out and fix the leak. Having plumbing issues is NEVER fun, but Will makes me worry a little less when he's on the job. Thanks and I would recommend Captain Rooter and Plumbing without hesitation.

We had a number of plumbing issues including 2 blocked sinks and the water pressure coming into our home was off the charts too high. Will was called out to fix it via Fidelity Home Warranty and was fantastic. He let us know when to expect him and arrived on time. He wore a mask (as did we) which we appreciated during this strange time of Covid-19. Will fixed our many plumbing issues and was professional and friendly. He also answered my husband's many questions. I recommend Will to anyone looking for a great, reliable plumber.

Had a leaky pipe from our water main. Will came out on Saturday and fixed the problem in a very professional and courteous manner. Knows exactly what had to be done and was very reliable and friendly. Highly recommended!

Nobody wants to deal with plumbing issues, but my experience working with Will was as smooth as I could've asked for. I needed to have two shower cartridges changed, and Will did a great job of coming in, diagnosing the problem, and swapping in the correct parts. It actually became more complicated than I thought because I live in a condo and we had to coordinate the water shut off to the whole building, but Will was punctual and professional the whole time and always kept me in the loop on when he would arrive.

He actually ended up coming back a couple of times to finish the job because of complexities with my building, but he worked with my home warranty company to make sure I wouldn't get charged for the extra trips. Everything works now and I have hot water! I'll definitely work with Will again if I have a plumbing issue.
