I had an excellent experience with Captain Rooter and Plumbing. They were assigned to my repair by Fidelity Home Warranty. I had them out for two separate issues and they came out expeditiously and fixed my two issues. Will was very communicative and very helpful. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you might need.

Captain Rooter saved the day - again!

A year ago when I purchased my home, I had a leak right before I moved in - of course! I called Fidelity Home Warranty and they assigned Captain Rooter and Plumbing. Will came out and fixed the problem and showed me some other essentials (how to turn off water in the bathrooms, etc.). Fast forward to a year later and, yep, another leak!! I contacted Will (via FHW) and he was able to come out and fix the leak. Having plumbing issues is NEVER fun, but Will makes me worry a little less when he's on the job. Thanks and I would recommend Captain Rooter and Plumbing without hesitation.

We had a number of plumbing issues including 2 blocked sinks and the water pressure coming into our home was off the charts too high. Will was called out to fix it via Fidelity Home Warranty and was fantastic. He let us know when to expect him and arrived on time. He wore a mask (as did we) which we appreciated during this strange time of Covid-19. Will fixed our many plumbing issues and was professional and friendly. He also answered my husband's many questions. I recommend Will to anyone looking for a great, reliable plumber.

Had a leaky pipe from our water main. Will came out on Saturday and fixed the problem in a very professional and courteous manner. Knows exactly what had to be done and was very reliable and friendly. Highly recommended!

Nobody wants to deal with plumbing issues, but my experience working with Will was as smooth as I could've asked for. I needed to have two shower cartridges changed, and Will did a great job of coming in, diagnosing the problem, and swapping in the correct parts. It actually became more complicated than I thought because I live in a condo and we had to coordinate the water shut off to the whole building, but Will was punctual and professional the whole time and always kept me in the loop on when he would arrive.

He actually ended up coming back a couple of times to finish the job because of complexities with my building, but he worked with my home warranty company to make sure I wouldn't get charged for the extra trips. Everything works now and I have hot water! I'll definitely work with Will again if I have a plumbing issue.

Will was a pleasure to work with. He righted a wrong in our bathroom. He and Chit replaced a sump-pump in a bathroom that should have been a sewage ejector system. He readily identified the problem, gave us multiple options on how to go about it, along with his personal recommendation. His prices were competitive and fair and he did a very thorough job. Though we did find him through our home warranty company, I will definitely use him again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!!

Will is the best. Seriously. I've had other plumbers come out who were just run of the mill. Will came out, redid our water heater and fixed our toilets all less than in the time he quoted. Very easy to work with and communication was good throughout. Seemed very knowledgeable and honest. Would definitely be the first on my list to call if I ever have any plumbing issues.

We've had a recurring problem with a very slowly draining bathroom sink. Will (that is, Captain Rooter) is a very nice guy who went way above and beyond what other companies have done in clearing out the pipes and giving us advice on a biodegradable agent that can be used for preventive maintenance. Highly recommended.

By the way, like others here I ended up using Captain Rooter through my American Home Shield service contract. I'm not at all crazy about AHS and may discontinue their service. But that's not Will's fault. If you have an AHS or some other service contract, you might specifically request him. I'll do so in the future if I need further plumbing work.
