He told me if the issue wasn't fixed to call him and he would come back no questions asked. I won't go to another plumber after he helped me. Thank you Troy.

I had 2 leaky faucets that needed to be repaired/replaced. Jordan was prompt, thorough, and comprehensive in assessing the situation over the phone. He had me text the pictures of my faucets to him, and he was able to arrange for parts before the actual visit. Troy came to repair my faucets on the day of the visit. 1 faucet which needed the stem changed, he only took 10 minutes, which was really amazing. The other faucet which needed to be replaced (changing from 2 levers to 1 handle), he did a very thorough job and carefully tested the faucet afterwards. He cleaned up very well afterwards and was personable and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process.
This is a company that is professional, courteous, modern, and personable.
I will definitely call on them again and recommend them to family and friends!

I called with a water on the floor issue... Leaking from kitchen sink... They told me over the phone how to temporarily turn water off.... My problem was fixed by noon!!! Very speedy repair- was VERY happy with price and service!!!!

Tony was great! He accommodated my work schedule and finished the job super fast! He was very professional and I really appreciated his attention to detail! I just got our bathtub re-glazed and I was very nervous to replace the bath spout since I didn't want to ruin the glaze. I was so happy when Tony was able to replace the spout and kept the glaze looking untouched! Great work. I definitely recommend Cappello!

My MIL recently had a new fridge installed by Home Depot and paid $15 to have a water line hooked to the fridge. Well first, we discovered a water line/tube already existed behind the current fridge, but never used it. Then the Home Depot guy connects it and messes around with it for a few seconds and says it doesn't work and to have a plumber come and fix it.

So I yelp for a plumber and see great reviews for these guys, and call them up. The operator takes my information and Jordan from Cappello plumbing calls me and is at the house within the hour. Totally friendly guy, introduces himself and comes in to check out the water line. He flips on a switch and the water line starts running and water starts coming out of the fridge. Uh... why did i waste $15 on Home Depot when this guy did it in 30 seconds? He asks a minimal fee, but I don't have cash. He kindly tells me it's okay and that I could pay him back by just calling them next time we need something done.

Jordan deserves more than 5 stars if possible and wouldn't hesitate to call him back if we ever have any issues and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to ANYONE. Preach the good news of Jordan and Cappello Plumbing to all your friends and family!

Recently our washing machine started spilling out all over the floor so I searched Yelp for a reputable plumber and found Cappello Plumbing.

The reviews were great so I gave them a call and spoke with the receptionist who was really nice and told me she would page Jordan Cappello (owner) who called me right back.

Jordan was super accommodating for dates and time and when he came he was efficient, really nice and professional. You can tell he really knows what he's doing and cares about providing you with the service his business advertises.

He was also really great about the billing since we are renters. He contacted our landlord directly to work out the payment and she was so happy with him she told me she will continue to use him in the future for her rentals.

Excellent service!! Jordan was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. We moved into a brand new home with a tankless water heater. Problem was it was taking 3-5 minutes for hot water. I called Cappello thanks to his positive reviews and he came the next day. Fixed the problem within an hour! I highly recommend using him and will use him again in the future. New Year's Eve my water heater stops working. After seeking a couple of plumbers' advice, which their estimates were around $10,000.00, Cappello came by and got the water heater to work.
