Super Mario's retirement from their profession left a void that Capello's is happy to fill. Our plumber Troy was bent way over fixing my plumbing, but his shirt was long enough to hide the gap between the top of his jeans and the bottom of his T-shirt.

This common keister conundrum may exist with the smell good plumber, but not here. Plumber's crack"" is the technical term for the disorder that is plaguing many these days. Put your trust in Capello who found the recipe for great service and value, and put an end to the butt-crack-display phenomenon.

Had a problem with my kitchen sink requested management Mark Anderson and Associates to have a vendor come out and check mainline for clog. Wow did we get a great plumber by the name of Noah. So friendly quick and very professional. If anyone needs a great plumber call Cappello Pluming and request Noah. I hope that our rental management continues to use this vendor for any future service we may need.

After being poorly served by GEM Plumbing in Sierra Madre, I called Cappello to repair what GEM had either messed up or said they could not do. A very personable and well-spoken young man named Noah handled the situation with great professionalism -- not to mention some good plumbing! He explained everything very carefully, checked things, then double-checked them. Particularly after my experience with GEM, I was very impressed. I highly recommend both Cappello and Noah to anyone in need of a very good plumbing service. Oh, and I called Cappello at 9:30 a.m.; Noah was FINISHED by 2:00 p.m. So efficient!

Quick response and stellar customer service. Jordan got right back to me with a same day visit by Tony who took care of a couple of small issues with my dishwasher and toilet and took some pictures to facilitate changing out my leaking kitchen faucet. Jordan provided some options on the kitchen faucet, I chose one and he ordered it for me. As soon as the faucet came in, Jordan scheduled the install and Tony came back and put it in. Tony was sweet, cleaned up after himself and put up with my very obnoxious little dogs. Highly recommend.

I spoke to Jordan this morning about a new leak we had under our kitchen sink. He had me take photos of where the leak was and text them. Based on looking at those Jordan told me exactly what the problem was, exactly what he would do to fix it, and gave me an estimate for it what would cost. His crew (Troy and Noah) was able to come over in about two hours. They were professional and courteous and worked quickly and quietly. They had taken care of the problem in about an hour and a half and they also installed a new garbage disposal I had previously purchased. They explained what they were doing at every step, they were very respectful of our home, and the final cost was exactly in line with what I was quoted over the phone. The work looks beautiful and there is no more leak. Everyone I interacted with was an absolute professional and I will not hesitate to call Cappello for our next plumbing project/emergency!

Jordan does great work. His price is fair and his approach is honest and fair. He replaced a faucet bowl for me that was hard for other to locate. Very much appreciated his effort. Also keep in mind he's a one man band so sometimes he can be very busy.
