Greg and his team have been outstanding. I have used them twice for our business and am very please with their responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work. Their prices are very competitive and the work is done quickly. Today, one of Greg's team members was working on a repair in a commercial kitchen. The team member arrived before I did. When I came into the kitchen, the work area was clean, free of trip hazards and the repair was high quality. Equally as great, the team member was having a friendly conversation with the cook while he worked, making her feel like the nagging plumbing issue she had dealt with was important and it was being resolved. On a personal level, I really appreciated that superior level of customer service. I will definitely be using Capitol again.

So, my water heater went out and it was covered under my home warranty. My home warranty company hired Capitol for the job. My water heater went out on Wednesday night. Greg finally called me on Monday. Do not call these guys if you have an emergency! The guy came out on Tuesday and told me that it needed to be replaced but i would need items to bring it up to code. I told him, no worries, my insurance covers that. Well... i shouldn't have said that. He then sent a quote to my insurance company that was 730$ over what the insurance covered. I called Greg and asked him for a breakdown. My girlfriends dad is a plumber and confirmed that all the ""extra"" charges were all BS. I talked to Greg and he assured me that he wasn't ripping me off. I tell you, that guy is a good liar. I did not end up using this plumber. I got another plumber to do a wonderful job for a lot less. Please don't let this guy talk you out of your hard earned money! I don't think a ""plumbing degree"" entitles you to making 500$ an hour!

Finally a plumber who is responsive, prompt, courteous, and most important, takes pride in doing the job right. As a manager of multiple properties, I can assure you this is rare among plumbers. And surprisingly, they were sent by First American, which sadly has a poor track record choosing contractors. Thanks again VJ for all your help!

Greg was awesome! He took my call promptly and professionally. He then sent a technician to my house right away, after which they quickly diagnosed the problem with the plumbing in my home and the team was able to get to work on the issue right away. Not to mention, reasonable pricing and excellent customer service! I'll definitely be referring everyone I know to Capitol Plumbing because they really are that good!

What a disappointment! Greg came up with super competitive offer, and after he got my attention, price nearly doubled. Than, I tried to bring it back to his original offer by braking walls and getting access, but Greg is no where to be found. Save yourself the headache and advise dealing with them.

I had my toilets flush valves replaced by VJ this week. He did a great job, quickly and he is very professional. The parts that needed to be replaced was discontinued and they did a great job finding it. Greg, the owner, kept me updated about when it would be available. They did a great service.
