I cannot say enough good things about these guys! They came out within a couple hours and had my TWO separate issues fixed quickly.

They texted with me during the whole process, as this was for my rental house and I live out of state.
Super friendly, too and made the whole process simple and stress free.

I have an old house that has a lot of plumbing problems. I have a home protection plan that sends different people all the time. These guys are THE BEST of all the people they've sent. and I'm going to request them specifically in the future.

We got these guys through our home warranty. Three issues: toilets backing up, instant hot water leaking and clogged sink drain. They cleared the sink clog but gave excuses for the toilets. They could use their 5 foot long snake in the toilet but that wasn't going to do the trick. The toilet would have to be removed and they would have to send a longer snake down but it would cost us an additional $460. The cleanouts on the side of our house are old and rusted shut. They said that those would not be covered to be replaced. I honestly figured these guys would be here for a few hours to get the whole job done. They were gone in 20 minutes. At least the sink works.

They are the worst EVER. They left me hanging with no woeking shower and never respond, nevwr call back and i am disgusted beyond words. Never ever use this company

This company was used through our home warranty and we had a plumber come out to help with backed up pipes. The plumber did not take out a single tool and said he would need to remove the toilet to fix the issue - he also said it was not covered by the home warranty. Well, it turns out he called the home warranty, told them it was for a guest house (we do not have a guest house) so it wouldn't be covered by the home warranty. He also told the home warranty that he tried to clear the clog (he did not). We were lied to and taken advantage of. Do not recommend. Untrustworthy.

Excellent service. VJ arrived on time and was able to stick around a little bit after fixing the leak. When I noticed the leak was still happening, he gladly fixed it again.

We were put in contact with Capitol Plumbing through our home warranty after the first company they sent wasn't able to help us. The guy who came to inspect it was very nice, observed things the first plumber missed, and said he would look into parts and get back to us in a couple days. That was early December. It's now January and we still have not heard from them. We've tried calling, left messages twice, had our home warranty reach out to them and they can't get a hold of anyone either. It's like Caption Plumbing just doesn't exist anymore. We have no idea what's going on. Hoping to get to the bottom of it and get our issue fixed.

Our water heater stopped working Wednesday morning, two weeks before Christmas. We have a home warranty that is necessary, but a pain, and I braced myself for weeks of cold water dishes and no showers. Capitol Plumbing was assigned to our case and they were AMAZING. At every step they were responsive, understanding, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful- I can't say enough! When I told them of my fears that the warranty company would drag their heels (as they have in the past) I was assured by Capitol they would follow up, be proactive, and get the job done. And they did! Due to their diligence and hard work, exactly one week later, 2 days before Christmas (and in the pouring rain!) our new tankless was installed. Thank you!! I will be calling them directly for any plumbing needs from here out.

In reviewing the ratings most of the low ratings occur when the company is sent out by the home warranty companies. The high ratings from private non home warranty customers. Why is this a pattern - what gives??

Excellent service!! Vic squeezed us in due to hot water issues. He was so responsive and made sure that we would be seen asap. The tech was amazing. He quickly took care of the issue. He didn't come up with any excuse as to why this was beyond the scope of his work. He was amazing. Will definitely be using them again.

Greg came out cause I didn't have hot water in the house and saw that the water heater was not working and was under warranty he called rheem and brought a new water heater the same day and installed it after hours just so we can have hot water and not wait till tomorrow. Much appreciated
