The worst. No shows. No responses. No care. Robert Martinez failed to show up for a scheduled estimate. He showed up for a rescheduled estimate and then failed to show up for scheduled work. He lied in each of three conversations saying his guys were still on it until admitting he's on another job and I can call someone else. He said even a bad review helps him. That's what he thinks!

Scheduled to come out to give me an estimate to hook-up washer/Dryer and fix a faucet leak. NO SHOW--NO CALL. I called and they said plumber never made it to my area that day. Rescheduled. Called the day before to confirm they were in fact coming. NO SHOW--NO CALL. called me an hour later to let me know the plumber was called away to repair a gas line ""would you like to reschedule?"". Please take me off your schedule---marked off my list of ""so called service providers"".

Called on a Monday to get the toilet augured, they set an appointment for between 3:15-4:15 on Tuesday. No show. I called them at 3:45 and dispatch/owner(?) said the plumber would call back with an ETA. Plumber called at 6pm, came at 6:15pm, took less than 5 minutes to augur the toilet, and charged $135. Plumber was very nice but the long wait plus high price means we'll go elsewhere next time.

They are great, I don't understand the bad reviews. They did great work at my primary residence and I had an emergency AC that supposedly went out at my condo as per TLC and it turned out to be a burned out wire. Robert and Ignacio diagnosed the problem appropriately after I fired TLC and fixed the issue for a lot less than TLC was quoting. TLC actually wanted to replace the whole motor and charge $750 after charging $207 to diagnose. I wish I could of gotten ahold of Santa Fe express sooner before spending the $207 and getting a wrong diagnosis. Robert and Ignacio are great and I would highly recommend. I won't use anyone else from now on !!! They are the best.

Heat went out on a Sunday night, so I called a few ""24-Hour"" services. Of course, you can't get parts on a Sunday night, so that was pointless. But Santa Fe Plumbing said ""We can come tomorrow at 11:30."" I thought that would be sooner than anyone else I could call Monday morning, so I said okay. 11:30 came--no plumber, no phone call. At 12:30 I called them and the office guy said, ""Oh, they're finishing up a job, they're on their way. At 2:30 (still no one calling) two guys showed up. They inspected the situation for about a half hour and they said they were going to get parts (ignoring the fact that I had discussed the necessary parts with the office and assumed they would bring what was needed.) Two hours later they returned--no explanation or apology. The job then took about 15-20 minutes to complete. Bottom line, they left at 5:30 pm for an 11.30 am job that took 20 minutes to complete. Never again with them.

Santa Fe Express Plumbing provided me with a quote for work on a kitchen/bath remodel project. When I asked them to do the work Robert said he needed a follow-up appointment to go over everything. So, I made a follow-up appointment with Robert for two days later and they didn't show up. When I called Robert that morning he said they did not even have it on their schedule. I told him I wasn't pleased and that I took time off of work, and he then told me to find some other plumber. He was very rude. This experience tells me that this company is very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as they aren't concerned about the customer and may waste your time.

I received a coupon post card in the mail and called Santa Fe Express Plumbing & Drain for maintenance on my boiler. The day of my appointment I got a call from the plumber asking me if I had an appointment at 11am. I said yes and it is 10:55am. He tried to tell me that he did not know, he just got the message. and was actually going back to another job site. I told him I had taken off of work already. He told me that he would then instead start driving to my area which was about 25min away still. I asked him if he had a thermal couple since that may be an issue on the boiler and he said he just used his last one. If I wanted him to he could go see if his shipment had come in but I would have to wait another 30min. I offered to go to our local True Value and get one myself and meet him at my house. I returned to my home and 20 min later he sends me a text asking me where my road was and stating his phone was not working (but he could text). I given my address at the time I made the appt and they said they had a GPS. I gave him my address again. I called him and no answer. I get another text saying he was lost and maybe I would prefer to reschedule. After that he didn't answer his texts or calls. I called Robert who answers the main number and who I scheduled with and he said he would contact him...I never heard fro Robert either. I am actually grateful they did not find my house.... obviously not trustworthy or accountable crew. I would not recommend ever using them!

Absolutely horrible experience. Roberto delayed my service call twice and on the third day, when he was supposed to show up, no one did. I called and Roberto lied to me about saying someone would show up. My wife heard the conversations and was just as shocked as me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Horrible local business model.

When they (didn't give me his name--but when I called back said he was the manager) came over and did the initial estimate, all seemed fine. Said he'd be back the next morning at 9. When he hadn't showed up by 9:30 I called the office and they told me that he'd had to go to Home Depot or Loew's for a different part than the one he'd checked on while giving me the estimate. The office guy said he'd be over at my house in 20 minutes. When he finally arrived at 10:45--no phone call ahead of time to say he was running even more late--I was on the phone. The front door was open. I saw him walk by outside moving toward the window where the AC was to be installed. When I got off the phone he was gone. He hadn't waited, he called while I was on the phone--but didn't leave a message. He just left. Then when I called twice no answer at the office. When I called again, they hung up on me. When I called back a fourth time, he didn't apologize for having been late, for not having called before 10:45 (he actually called at 11 while he was here for all of five minutes). He says he won't be coming back today. He says he didn't call initially because he was busy with other stuff. Even though he'd said it would take him three hours to install the AC. Which meant that between 9 and 12 I should have been his only customer. Apparently, not so. Apparently, he's too busy doing ""other stuff"" to even call and tell his customer that he's running late.

Typical. I will never use them. I cannot stress enough how poor his attitude was and how unbelievably unprofessional it was of him not to call by 9:15 to say he'd be late. Or to call at some point before his first phone call to me at 11. Two hours. He was one hour and 45 minutes late getting here--with no explanation from him. Then he didn't call till 11. And even then, did not leave a message. Terrible. Awful. Hope his business suffers.
