I submitted a quote request to unclog my main drain after my laundry backed up into my garage. Michael responded quickly with a quote and available times to come that day. Once I set the appointment they sent me a text confirming my time 12-3pm. Michael called me at 11:45am to tell me he was 15min out. He was friendly, explained everything to me and took his time to make sure the drain was unclogged. He then ran water through it with me watching to show it wasn't backed up. He is a true professional and even put covers on his shoes when coming into the house. The final price was extremely reasonable and less than the range he had estimated. I would absolutely call Capital City and Michael for any future needs. It's refreshing when a company lives up to their Yelp reviews.

I can't recommend Capital City Plumbing & Drain highly enough. I had what I thought was a small problem turn into the need to re-pipe my entire (ancient) home, and was incredibly intimidated by the amount of work that needed to be done. Shawn was informative, patient, and answered all of my questions before, during and after the work. Everyone at Capital City Plumbing & Drain was responsive to my calls, their bid came in at nearly half of what a competitor bid at, and I trusted them wholeheartedly (I even gave them a key to my house to finish the work while I was away, and had no concerns about doing so whatsoever). The work was done promptly, and my water works better than it ever has. I'm so thankful I found them, and would use them again (and recommend them to friends) in a heartbeat!

Sean did a great job of installing my range. He explained in detail everything he was doing. Nicole in the office kept me informed of Sean's arrival time, which was a great help since I was not on premises. I strongly recommend Capital City Plumbing.

I really appreciate Gabriel, the manager who came out on my service call. He was able to snake the sewer line (tree roots had grown into it), run a camera to find the line break, and set us up with a plan to permanently resolve it in the near future. I found him friendly, hard working, trustworthy and honest. What a relief!

I hired Capital City Plumbing after checking out their wonderful Yelp reviews. They did not disappoint. They came out within an hour last night to change out a toilet valve and two sink valves, after my decision to "do it myself" ended up in an leak because the valves were too old and rigid and split. Nick was efficient and so polite. They also came back today to install a new toilet. They have online notifications letting you know your plumber is on the way and when he will arrive.

I am so very pleased with the quality, timeliness and reasonable rates of these guys. I found my new plumbing company!
