We've had a deteriorating water line situation for weeks, finally pressure became so low that we had to call someone. Looked at neighborhood recommendations, picked Capital City more or less out of a lineup.

1. Called on a Sunday afternoon, a real person picked up the phone.
2. A visit was scheduled for the next day.
3. Received live messages from CCPD and Gabriel the next day, reliably updating on ETA.
4. Gabriel did a quick fix to a toilet, and estimated the main job. Nick came as scheduled 2 days later and replaced 2 main valves off the city line. The price was reasonable for a job that seemed time consuming.

Exactly the good experience and professional expertise one might wish for. We'll definitely go back to CCPD when we need to!

I had a minor drain emergency on Sunday morning and was concerned that I might be overcharged for weekend service. Capital City was one of the few plumbers that would provide a quote over the phone or through yelp mail. Their quote was very reasonable. The plumber arrived within the time window and called ahead before heading over.

The drain snaking turned out to be much more difficult than expected. Yet I was not asked to pay more than the original quote.

These guys were great! They came to do a quote at no charge and then promptly scheduled a date for service. When they discovered additional problems that required additional parts they provided the parts at cost and did everything they could to minimize my costs. Great customer service and professionalism!! I would highly recommend Capital City Plumb to friends and family.

Our old pipes backed up yet again, and this time we couldn't just put a band-aid on it by renting an auger from Home Depot. So we called up Capital City, they arranged to come over within a matter of hours, and sent their two pros over who got the job done in about 15 minutes.
