Mike came over within a few hours to look at our shower, which had recently lost water pressure. He was very cautious with it, knowing it was our only shower and we couldn't be without it for too long. He explained as he went, tired a few things and got it working without having to replace any parts. He was very quick and the price was right. You could tell he wasn't going to try to upsell us or do crappy work. We will definitely call him next time we need a plumber we can trust!

I have a 60 yr. old laundry sink faucet that needed repair or replacement. I sent a photo of it to Mike and he called within two hours, spent 10 to 15 minutes with me on the phone explaining how I should go about ordering a new faucet. He was looking up similar faucets online and describing how they were what I needed. And no charge for his expert advice!

He didn't do unnecessary tests or do the ""whole-thing-needs-to-be-replaced"" routine, though he could have, for sure. He is Fair, honest, thorough and efficient. We will definitely use him again!
